CITY SPECIFIC AGREEMENT ATTACHMENT

Location: Collingwood, Canada

Qualifications:
a. Married or co-habitating couples both must be between 28-72 with a combined annual income
greater than $60,000 (US dollars); AND single women between 30-72 with annual income
greater than $60,000 (US dollars); Co-habitating couples must show ID residing at the same
address. If married or cohabitating, both parties must travel together and be present at the time
of check-in.
b. No quinnellas (2 or more families traveling together) or Full time students will be accepted.
Quinnellas will not be paid, all room nights will be charged back.
c. For identification purposes, each Qualified Prospect must possess, and present at the
Presentation, a valid drivers license and a valid major credit card. No debit/check cards. Co-
hab couples must show matching address ID. If engaged, finacee must attend.
d. The Tour may not have attended a Cranberry Resort in the past 18 months or purchased
timesharing in the past 12 twelve months. (No pets.)
e. Presentation is 120 minutes.
f. Must be U.S. or Canadian Citizens. Quebec residents are okay as long as both persons in the
party understand and speak English fluently.
g. Reservation requests: MUST include both guests name, arrival date, # of nights, address,
phone #, ages (of all in the party including children), marital status, occupation and income.
h. Tour pay: $350.00 (during high season) & $325.00 (for the balance of the year) for each
qualified guest less all room nights and gifts (if applicable). Room nights will be billed back at
a rate of:
High season hotel rates from June 29 to Sept 3, and special holidays
like X'mas, New Year, Labor Day, etc.
- weekend = $158
- midweek = $135
Balance of the year
- Weekends = $130
- Midweek = $116

i. NO Saturday arrivals until late October

j. NO Tues or Wed. Arrivals (sales dept is closed Wed. & Thurs)
k. Reservations cannot be less than 10 business days prior to requested arrival date. Cancellations
must be made at least 5 business days prior to arrival date. All cancellations made less than 5
business days prior to arrival date and all no shows will be charged back a 1night no show
charge including taxes.

l. Gifts that can be offered:

$40 dining certificate = your cost of $36

 $30 spa certificate = your cost of $27

free round of golf = your cost of $62

m. Resort MUST mail out confirmation letters to the guests.

n. Guests are housed on property. In standard hotel accommodations with 2 double beds.
o. Guest will pay an incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room tax,
phone calls, meals, key deposit, roll-a-way beds and transportation.
