TERMS & CONDITIONS

You shall be contract EMPLOYEE of the organization and liable to the applicable rules of the Company ((Pvt.) Ltd).
You shall have none, nor claim any kind of facility, reward or any other benefit that is not applicable to you.
All terms & conditions and applicable benefits shall be mutually agreed before service begins as agreed in Service Contract. The
Company shall, however, reimburse to you all reasonable expenses as per the Companys Policy, wholly, exclusively and necessarily
incurred by you in or about the performance of your duties subject to production of evidence of the expenditure in respect of which
you claim reimbursement.
You shall strictly abide by the Companys rules that will have an effect on all phases of the employment as well as a moral binding.
Only formal and professional interpersonal relationships are permitted within office perimeter and on sites and none other than
working relationship will be allowed. If you are found indulging in moral misconduct or other such negative actions, your services
shall be terminated immediately without any notice or payment in lieu thereof.
You shall perform your duties honestly, diligently. You will work for 6 (six) days work week and shall observe office/duty timings and
work schedules as will be decided by the Company from time to time. Late attendance shall not be allowed.
Your Service Contract will be terminated within 24 hours if you are found absent without leave from your place of work on designated
day and time during work.
The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment within 24 hours at any time for violation of any clause of the Service
Contract, the Companys Code of Conduct or poor performance at work.
During the period of your employment with the Company, you will not take any other full time/ part time employment.
During the period of your employment you will not seek employment with any of our competitors or others.
All applicable deductions as per current Govt. regulations will be made on all payments made to you either in partial or full of any
kind during or after the maturity of contract period.
The Service Contract will expire on maturity/ termination of Agreement with the Company and might be renewed subject to your
performance and renewal of Agreement with the Company.
You will accurately represent and state the Company policies to all potential and present customers.
You will inform the concerned manager of all problems concerning the Companys customers.
You shall not disclose or communicate to any person, firm or other entity in any manner whatsoever, any information concerning any
matters affecting or relating to the business of the Company, during your employment or at any time thereafter.
You shall not have the right to make any contracts or commitments for or on behalf of the Company without first obtaining the express
written consent of the Company.
You will execute all such documents as may be required by the Company in order to protect our interest and confidential information.
You will not act in any manner contrary to the instructions provided to you.
You will;
a. Perform all services, and always act in the course of your employment, with all reasonable skill and care.
b. Promptly notify the Company of any matter coming to your knowledge which could have a material effect on our business or
affairs of the Company.
c. Promptly notify the Company of any change in your residential address and Contact No.
d. Treat in strict confidence all information you have access to concerning the Company and/ or its Vendors and its Customers, even
after you leave or are released from the employment.
e. You will be responsible for the custody and return in good condition and order, all our/ Companys property, which may be in
your use, custody, care or charge including the Companys Identity Card. You agree that we shall have the right to deduct the
money value of all such assets, from your dues and take such other action as deemed proper in the event of your failure to
account for such property to the Companys satisfaction.
f. That you will reimburse all payments as may be required to be made by us to our Company for any damage suffered due to your
fault or negligence or breach of any term of the Service Contract, Code of Conduct or due to poor performance.
g. You will obtain clearance at the time of leaving service, for final settlement. You will not be entitled to become a member or
office bearer of any trade union/ association, nor take part in any manner in such trade union activities.

The Service Contract and all of terms mentioned herein above except term No. 10 will become null and void in case of:

a. Maturity of Service Contract.

b. Service terminated by the Company.
c. Company ceases its operations due to maturity/ termination of Agreement.
d. You leave the job on your own accord.
