1.SEO Specialist

This position represents a great opportunity to get introduced to the highly competitive
North American online marketing industry, or to advance your knowledge of it. Our
dynamic marketing team in Cluj-Napoca, already counting over 35 people, is looking for
a SEO Specialist for one of Yardi Systems brands. Our real estate portals are helping
people across the US and Canada with finding a home for sale or for rent. These
websites have over 40 million page views per month, an inventory of over 2 million
houses listed and frequent mentions in some of the most trafficked websites on the web
such as Huffington Post, Business Insider or AOL.com.

Desired skills and experience:

At least 2 years of experience working in an online marketing field;
Superior command of both written and spoken English;
Proven SEO experience;
Familiar with inbound marketing principles and link building best practices;
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GWT, Web
Trends);
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

It is considered a plus:
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing;
Proven conversion optimization experience.

Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to

improve SEO positions for target keywords;
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization;
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content
programming;
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing;
Develop and implement link building strategy;
Reach out to industry & location-relevant websites, blogs, publications to set up
partnerships;
Help coordinate content creation and provide feedback for submitted content;
Stay up to date with online marketing advances and identify new opportunities.
This position is available at our Cluj Napoca Office and relocation would be necessary.

2.Linux Server Administrator

deployment and management.
The candidate we're looking for should be passionate about cloud and web

Your responsibilities / What are we looking for?

We need a system administrator that will work with our current system administrator
on the deployment and management of our software solutions to clients servers and
management of our internal network and servers.
The candidate will help our system administrator to perform server health and security
monitoring, server and database back-ups and troubleshoot eventual issues.
Maintain functionality for the internal network and for the Windows workstations

Knowledge some of the following is a plus:

Cloud server setup (Amazon mainly, Rackspace & Windows Azure)
Server monitoring (memory, issues)
Security monitoring and intrusion prevention (run vulnerability scanners)
Deploying (mostly LAMP based) software solutions
Creating & maintaining databases
Server and database back-ups
Scripting knowledge (Bash, etc.)
Experience troubleshooting application servers (mostly LAMP)
Experience debugging network problems
Experience with system performance monitoring and tuning.
Good knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, Firewall, DNS, routing)

Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics or other applied quantitative discipline (will
be a plus)

The Role
We are looking for a data analyst with experience in marketing analytics. This person
will support the Millward Brown team in applying data science techniques to address a
variety of marketing problems. This position provides support to clients by
recommending analyses most appropriate for research objectives, interpreting statistical
results and drawing conclusions about findings. In addition, you will have the
opportunity to contribute to study design, solution development and ongoing innovation
initiatives.
We work across a wide variety of statistical techniques such as driver analyses,
segmentation, customer experience analyses, conjoint and market estimations
modelling to name a few. It is expected that the candidate will have familiarity in using
software such as SPSS (or equivalent) to analyze survey data.

Primul anunt, SEO Specialist, reprezinta o oportunitate interesanta pentru cunoscatori.

Nu as putea spune ca ma potrivesc 100% cu acest loc de munca, insa anuntul este
destul de bine pus la punct si merita pentru cineva din Cluj (sau de pe langa Cluj) sau
pentru cineva care vrea o schimbare, care doreste sa se mute in alt oras.
Cel de-al doilea anunt, Linux Server Administrator, reprezinta oportunitatea ideala
pentru cineva care vrea sa lucreze in Bucuresti, chiar in centru (Victoriei), o descriere
profesionista a pozitiei, se observa o orientare a companiei catre tehnologii noi, avand
un portofoliu impresionant. Personal, nu ma atrage acest loc de munca, eu fiind mai
degraba orientat catre dezvoltare software, si nu catre administrare servere, insa mi-a
atras atentia directia companiei catre dezvoltare prin tehnologii noi.

mult, pozitia este una atragatoare pentru orice tanar cu un minim de experienta si
pasionat de data science. Ce mi-a atras atentia, este faptul ca din anunt reise o libertate
de alegere a solutiilor si a punerii in scena a tehnologiilor necesare rezolvarii
problemelor, un aspect destul de important, ce ofera un plus de relaxare angajatului.
Anuntul este destul de bine structurat, informatiile sunt suficiente si in acelasi timp
trezeste si curiozitatea celui care il citeste.
