Currently working as an RNO/Performance Engineer in LCC Pakistan
Pvt Ltd at Huawei- Ufone NPM Project (April 2016 to Present).

o Responsible for monitoring 2G & 3G daily statistics, Analysis and

implementing optimization recommendations for assigned clusters.
o Monitoring and resolution of customer complaints by performing soft and
hard changes.
o Examining feasibility of site coverage and capacity.
o Working with team members for assigned optimization projects and their
projection.
o Analysis of Worst Cell/Cluster/TRX on daily basis.
o Also working as a reporting/performance Engineer.

Worked as an RF Engineer (Team Lead/Coordinator) in LCC Pakistan

Pvt Ltd at Huawei- Ufone NPM Project from March 2014 to April
2016.

o Making Drive Test/Walk Test Reports of both CS and PS with detailed analysis
using MapInfo of City level, Cluster Level, OMO Benchmarking.
o Responsible for customer complaints and resolve the issues like weak
coverage and dropped calls by adjusting the cell parameters and recommend
redesign if necessary.
o Post Processing and Analysis of Drive test log files and troubleshooting of the
problems related to coverage, quality, drop calls, blocked calls,handover
failure, overshooting and interference based on Events, Layer2/Layer3
message by using TEMs Data Collection.
o Trouble-shooting drive test to rectify the issues like swap, interference,call
muting,quality issue, over-shooting, handover issues, coverage issues etc.
o Optimizing 2G Network issues by Physical/Parametric audits in coordination
with Cluster owners.
o 3G/2G CS/PS Benchmark, MOS (PESQ) Drive Testing in each quarter.
o External Interference (jammers) using Spectrum Analyzer checking.
o 3G Spectrum scanning using PCTEL SeeHawk.
o Using iMANAGER PRS, for generating Network, BSC, Cell, and TRX level
reports for best monitoring of KPIs.
o Post processing as an 2G/3G team lead and DT Team Co-ordination.

DBS3900 BTS Modernization SWAP Project (2015-2016)

o Worked as DT coordinator on Ufone SWAP Project.

o Planned Routes for Drive Tests on 300 Ufone Sites all over north region.
o Managed a team of 6 Engineers and 6 riggers for complete SWAP sites
pre and post drive tests and Audits.
o Prepared Drive Test Reports along with final KPIs benchmark for 300 sites
and presented for Acceptance at Ufone PTML.
