Undertaking any activity in any of the public spaces within the building, these spaces include the Gallery, concourse, PS1/PS2, stairwells, staircases,
courtyard, corridors, lift and toilet areas.

prior to the use of any material or of any activity within studio spaces that could in any way cause harm or injury (inc. anything with hazard symbols)
any activity that includes the use of electrical equipment or working at heights.
A risk assessment on your proposed activity must be carried out by an appropriately trained member of staff (if possible your tutor) with you on the following
pages of this form prior to any activity taking place. If in doubt, ask.
When the assessment has been carried out, you will have to abide by any control methods and recommendations.

Installation to be installed morning of Monday 8 th May for Level 5 assessment (assessment starting noon) and de-
installed with immediate effect once fully marked.
Overall components: 2x Metronomes, 2x Projectors, 2x Media Players, 2x Extension cables
Displaying one of each item in both stairwells (that lead to basement studios).
Metronomes are wind-up and all electrical equipment is in-house, so no need for PAT testing.
For safety, extension cables will be suspended on the ceiling and weave back down through the bannisters. There is
no better way to avoid a trip hazard in stairwell spaces.
