Beryls Chocolate and Confectionery Sdn. Bhd. is a chocolate corporation that has been conquer
multilateral trade of the quality chocolate across the Malaysia and Europe countries. Beryl's
Chocolate was established in 1995 produces the highest value of cocoa beans and chocolates
from Ghana to make the best chocolate for both the local markets and export it across global
markets. Beryls Chocolate business aimed to be excellence to be market leader into the
Malaysia markets and worldwide regional chocolatier.

Back in 1995, Beryls Chocolate starts with a factory at Desa Serdang which can be found at the
southern area of Kuala Lumpur. Beryls Chocolate operated as an industrial business that
packaging the chocolates and sold them mostly to the small kiosks, shops and supermarkets
across the country. After 3 years, Beryls Chocolate moved to a new factory that larger than
before at Seri Kembangan Industrial Area in 1998. Started from that, the production increased to
deliver a various range of chocolate products with its own unique tastes in order to achieve the
high quality chocolates demands thru the world, from local marketplaces to multinational
businesses.

For continuous enlargement of the demands, Beryls Chocolate builds two more factories in 2008
and 2013 when the demands increased from the businesses and headed for the persistently
reinvent, renew and expands the ideas of new flavors. Therefore, the new factories enabled the
Beryls Chocolate revolutionary to produce and gain more than just business in cocoa beans and
chocolates. In technologies era with the current sophisticated machineries and equipment,
Beryls Chocolates nowadays be able to establish in over fifth teen countries. The products have
grown the recognition of discerning businesses both locally and overseas. As a result, Beryls
also make the chocolates for various food and cookies industries with additional confectionery
products. Beryls Chocolate products has a unique and innovative chocolates that dedicated to

Company History

1995 - Beryls Chocolate was operated in Desa Serdang, Selangor. The Beryls Chocolate
business produced only three products which are the Almond and Assorted Nuts Milk Chocolate,
Popcorn Chocolate and Triangle Bar Chocolate. Aim of positioning are kiosk, shops and
supermarkets all over the Malaysia.

1996 - Beryls Chocolate gained opportunity to increase their business market beyond Malaysia
and started with Philippines as their first export market.

1997 Introduces Camior chocolate bar that replaces the Triangle bar chocolate product.

1998 - Beryls Chocolate relocated to a new place at Seri Kembangan Industrial Park with
sophisticated machines and superior equipment needed to encounter the demands.

2000 - New assortments of chocolate tastes was created and the company name transformed to
Beryl's Chocolate & Confectionery Sdn Bhd.

2001- Beryl's presented the Camior chocolate bar with a new form and packaging. Beside,
Beryl's created the 500 g Jar Panned of chocolates and a new flavor of Black Bitter Chocolate.

2003 - Beryl's rapidly hit the marketplace of chocolate businesses around the region. The
company introduces a unique new product named Tiramisu Almond Chocolate.

2004 - The products line of Black Bitter chocolates was improved with new innovation tastes.

2005 - Beryl's retail outlet opened known as Chocolate Wonderland near the factory. This
welcomed the customer all over the world to experience the unique flavors of Beryl's Chocolate.

2006 - Beryl's Chocolate opened a new outlet known as Beryl's Chocolate Kingdom in Jalan
Imbi, Kuala Lumpur.

2007 - Beryl's chocolates exporting their products at India, Philippines, Indonesia, Dubai,
Vietnam, Singapore, Brunei, Maldives, Japan, Saipan, New Zealand, Macau and Beijing.
