instructions (reference, date) requiring us to suspend work pending further
instructions.

In accordance with the provisions of Sub-Clause 4.24, we hereby notify you that
we consider ourselves entitled to an extension of time together with
reimbursement of our costs.

We are maintaining records of our activities and request your cooperation in

agreeing these records.
