I am sorry to inform you that I have received notification that there has been a death in
my family. I would like to inform you that I will be absent from the office for two weeks
so I can plan and attend a funeral in another country.

2. Dear employee,
I would like to inform you that you have been out of dress code the past two weeks.
Wearing shorts in the office is a direct violation of our dress code policy and I hope you
can obey our policy in the future.

I would like to inform you all that our company will be hosting a canned food drive. The
canned food drive will help those at the three local food kitchens in the Denton County. I
would like to encourage for all of you to attend and help.
