10a LICENSE AGREEMENT

KaraFun is a software created and edited by RECISIO (after referred to as "the a
uthor").
END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE
Important - read carefully:
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (eithe
r an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author of this Software fo
r the software product identified above, which includes computer software and ma
y include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic docume
ntation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOF
TWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not ag
ree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. This
license agreement is applicable for the above mentioned version only; This licen
se agreement is not applicable for any other version, previous or next.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright
treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE
PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights: Installation and
Use. Conditioned on your honoring the terms of this Agreement, THE AUTHOR grant
s you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license (the "License") to install and u
se the current version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including the accompanying user docu
mentation and any later versions within the same major release series, for your
personal, lawful, non-infringing use on up to one (1) personal computer or works
tation in accordance with this Agreement. A separate License for each personal c
omputer or for which you do not personally use must be purchased.
Use restriction. The video file export (AVI etc.) is exclusively targeted for pe
rsonnal use. All professional use is not allowed with this license, in particula
r the karaoke video production. If you want to use that feature professionally,
you'll need to purchase a specific license. Contact THE AUTHOR for more informat
ion.
Moreover, depending of the licence type you select, you may or may not use KaraF
un for live use with public audience, see About box in the software to see your
license type.
Reproduction and Distribution. You may not reproduce neither distribute the SOFT
WARE PRODUCT, with the exception of personnal backup.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and onl
y to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notw
ithstanding this limitation.
Separation of Components.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may no
t be separated for use on more than one computer.
Software Transfer.
You may not transfer your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees
to the terms of this EULA.
Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate
 this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In
such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its c
omponent parts.
Distribution.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or package whic
h intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limit
ed to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "apple
ts" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials,
and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this Software
. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty p
rovisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrig
hted material except that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single compu
ter provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.
LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES.
The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PR
ODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" wi
thout warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limita
tion, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpos
e, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any damages whatsoev
er (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, busines
s interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arisi
ng out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of thi
s Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
REGISTRATION
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not free. A registration code is required and is given b
y THE AUTHOR.
Your registration code is personnal and should be keep safely. You may not give
your registration code to any other person. If the registration code is widely u
sed, it will be disabled and you'll have to purchase another license.
