Vision

To make Miss IndiaNZ Contest a pinnacle event of New Zealand.

To find a talented beautiful Indian woman who is a good representative New Zealand Indian
Community.

To stage an event which showcases Indian culture, beauty, glamour, fashion, dance, music
and talent. To enhance and promote determined young Kiwi Indian women to compete in a
nation wide event.

Code of Conduct of the organizers

We strive to achieve excellence by conducting all activities with integrity, sincerity and act in
the best interest for stake holders, participants, team members and the community.

Important Information for Participants

9th Annual Miss IndiaNZ will be held on 7th August at Auckland Town Hall.

We are looking for candidates who have great team spirit, determination, fun loving and who
take pride to be involved in this community event.

Contestants will be required to attend:

( i ) Two meetings with contestants and crew, generally on Wednesday evenings between
7.30pm and 9pm.

( ii ) Two full days of rehearsals on Saturday and Sunday, dates to be advised.

( iii ) A photo shoot with our photographer. There will be a selection of dates and times in
order to suit the individuals.

 Terms and Conditions for Miss Indianz 2010

1. Contestants must be a female between the age of 16 and 25 years.

2. Contestants must have New Zealand Residency or Citizenship.

3. Contestants under 18 must have at least one parent or guardian to sign our terms and
conditions document.

4. The nominal entry fee of $150 must be paid by 31st July 2010. Each finalists will
receive two complimentary VIP tickets to the event.

5. Contestants agree for Rhythm House Ltd. to attach photographs and personal profile on
www.rhythmhouse.co.nz. And use them for future marketing purposes. Contestants to
provide upto 5 selected photographs to the marketing team of the event. The
marketing team will use their discretion and use any of the photos for media release or
any other marketing activity.

6. All successful finalists must be available to attend rehearsals on Saturday and Sunday
one week prior to the main event. The rehearsals will be all day long, food and
refreshments will be provided.

7. Rhythm House Ltd. will not be liable for lost or stolen property during the performance,
rehearsals and meetings.

8. Contestants may not bring any other persons with them back stage during performance
unless agreed by management prior to the event.

9. Contestants are responsible for keeping changing rooms clean and tidy.

10. Miss Indianz 2009 is a smoke free event; no smoking, alcohol or drugs are permitted
during performance, rehearsals and meetings.

11. Contestants must act in the best interest of the entire team at all times.

12. Contestants must make every effort to encourage other participants.

13. No chewing gum permitted at any rehearsal, meeting, pre-judging or at the event.

14. Judge’s decision is final.

15. Prizes won cannot be exchanged or redeemed by any other person apart from the
winner.

16. Talent item must not exceed more than 3 minutes.

17. Miss Indianz 2008 winner must promote sponsor branding where ever applicable and
not be contracted to organisations which are in direct competition with Rhythm House
Ltd or Miss Indianz Ltd whilst she holds the Miss Indianz title.

18. Contestants must provide proof of age and residency status. Photos copies of passport,
drivers license and birth certificates are acceptable forms of this.

 19. Contestant may contact Creative Eye to obtain all of their photographs in high
resolution format. Nominal charge of $75 apply.

20. Contestants agree not to get into confrontation with the judges over the decision or its
process. No reviews of the decisions will be made. No correspondence will be taken.

21. Video Footage of the event will be edited by the production company, no raw footage
will be provided to individual contestants. Editing will be done in the best interest of the
event.

22. Media Release of contestants will be forwarded to television, radio and newsprint
organisations around New Zealand. It is entirely up to the external organisation if and
what part of the information they wish to produce. Depending on the angle of the story,
they will make contact directly with the contestant that they wish to feature in their
story.

Parikh Productions for Miss Indianz 2009. I hereby agree to obey the rules and state that all
information provided by me is true and genuine.
