STEP 2
List your top 5 strengths with a brief summary of what each strength means:
1. Integrity- You identify with your ability to keep your commitments - stick to
your programs!
2. Adaptability-Your success depends on ability to accommodate the
unforeseen.
3. Strategic Thinking- Be on the leading edge of your organization, groups,
and strategic plans.

4. Faith-Make efforts to discover your true passion and tie it to your work, no
matter what you do.
5.Risk Taking-Learn to recognize, act on, and leverage risks based on your
own abilities.
STEP 3:
In narrative form, describe what you discovered about yourself from this
strength assessment? Did you know your strengths or did you discover
something new?
In this strength assessment I did learn one new thing that the surveys
feedback gave back to me. It was my fourth best strength which was faith. It
means to make efforts to discover your true passion and tie it to your work,
no matter what you do. Before this I would never expect that to be one of my
biggest strengths but since it apparently is or can be I will try to use it to the
best of my ability to help me achieve my goals.

STEP 4:
Go to www.16personalities.com and take the free test
1. List 3 things from your personality type that describe you.
Extraverted
Observant
Turbulent
What parts of the description dont really apply to you?
Prospecting and not judging because I do judge people but in my opinion I
believe everybody judges everybody.

STEP 5: In narrative form, explain how this information is useful to help

determine your goals and plans for the future.
In this personality survey I took I definitely agree with two out of the three personalities
they gave back to me. These were extraverted and observant. I have always thought of myself
of being more of a loud guy that rather stay quiet and I also notice a lot of things other people
probably do not notice. I just disagree with the last personality they gave me which is turbulent. I
disagree with this one because I do judge people but I believe everyone judges people it's just
nature of all humans.
