The teacher will explain the prefix and the suffixes using flower picture. The flower stem is the
base word, the left leave is the prefix and the right leave is the suffixes.

She will show them the words on the flash cards and tell them the meaning.
Each students will have a straw stick on it a small paper that had (ly) on the front and (ful) on the

one had (prefix). Also, they will have small papers of the vocabulary but without the prefix ad the suffixes that

They have to classify the words in the right place.

telling the student if it right or wrong.
The teacher will explain to two pages of the book page (42 and 72).

The teacher will ask the students to come to the map and she will she them prefix and suffixes words one at the
time. And she will tell them if this word had prefix sit down and if it suffixes stand up. If it ended with ly r
raise your hand but if it ended with ful keep your hand down.

Reflection
This lesson was the best lesson that I touch. The students were engaged and all of them involved. Also, by the end of
the lesson all the students recognized the prefix and the suffixes.
