Consider your student profile narrative
at the beginning. What do your
students need to be engaged and
successful?
To modify: If the activity is too advanced
for a child, how will you modify it so that
they can be successful?
To extend: If the activity is too easy for a
child, how will you extend it to develop
their emerging skills?
Assessment Reflection: (data I have two check ins throughout the PowerPoint in the form of Kahoot!

learning targets? Write a description of

Post Lesson Reflection

1. To what extent were lesson objectives achieved? (Utilize

assessment data to justify your level of achievement)

My lesson objectives were achieved when I was able to see how well I
communicated the content to the students via class and peer
discussion. They were able to relay the information back to me, and if a
student did not know an answer to a question, I asked other students
to help the student out. I would then reiterate the correct information
that I was looking for originally.

2. What changes, omissions, or additions to the lesson would

you make if you were to teach again?

I would add a Kahoot! as a check in, to keep the student data.

3. What do you envision for the next lesson? (Continued practice,

reteach content, etc.)

I would have liked to continue the lesson, since I ran out of time at the
end of class. I
