This equipment is mainly used for cavity of sanitary and water purifier products
air-tightness test, which takes the form of a smart air-tightness test to judge the quality of
the product, test parameters can be easily read. The device test can avoid wrong analysis of
visual observation of test with water.

Power supply is 220V 50Hz, equipment must be securely grounded!

Press the touch screen power button (Figure 1), click (green) button, enter the device
information interface, click on any part of the equipment information interface, with the
following main menu interface:

Put the product which need test with clamp to the fixture base, click manual adjust into
adjust fixture interface, and then click "next page" into another page; this interface main
function is testing the new fixture seal in order to make modify to the leak part on the
fixture. You also can test the clamp or fixture in water in the water tank.

setting of the parameters test. After the test, the test result will show "qualified "and" unqualified ",
and show all parts of which leakage alarm display.

After testing a product, and then test the next product, the product should be well placed and then
press the "test start button" (Figure 1) to test. Please turn off the gas supply and power supply
when not testing. If machine not used for a long time, the air pressure should be complete release
on the equipment.

"air inlet time": the larger valve body will be, the more time it need for
air inlet. On the contrary, the smaller valve body will be, the less time it
need for air inlet. In short, to make the cavity filled with air. The

according to the size of the air inlet of the cavity: 0.33cm3/s. Generally,
cavity air inlet time are more than 10S.

pressure inside, if the cavity have leak, the pressure sensor test pressure
value will be smaller than the air inlet pressure value (larger than the set
pressure difference value). The longer air keep, the higher test precession
will be. Generally at least more than or equal to 10S.
The "air outlet time" refers to the time of air outlet after test. usually
more than or equal to 3S.
