CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Seasoned projects and programs management person with over fifteen years of hands-on experience
built on strong foundation of Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford and PMP, CSM

Working with SMEs, Vendor Technical Leads (VTLs), WinOPS, NetOPS, VST, VST OPS and other
cross-functional global teams, developed and implemented following projects, including Go/No-Go
decisions and change management. Filed and resolved the issues, bugs and tickets. Mitigated Risks.

Cisco, the worldwide leader in networking, transforms how people connect, communicate and collaborate.
As a Project Manager supported POC for network group initiative to migrate hundreds of databases for
development, Stage, non-PROD and PROD instances. Also performed classical BA functions.
Developed and implemented POC plans to migrate over 1300 databases from the traditional network to

people connected. As a Program Manager supported HW and SW prototype logistics and related projects.
Also, developed plans for relocating QA and Staging Pre-Prod servers. Performed classical scrum
ceremonies. Acted as a Task Master.
Implemented fusion of SDLC, Waterfall, Agile and Scrum principles and methodologies to create,
track and release the CRs for Features, Collection and Plans in JIRA for various products.

Sr. Project Manager (contract), SVTC, San Jose, CA, through Redstone Group 02/2008 to 12/2008
Redstone provides management consulting services in niche market to high-tech customers like SVTC,
which is a Semiconductor R&D FAB. As a part of supply chain, SVTC implemented customized MES
FAB300 solution with interface to SAP ERP to securely and electronically collect and track its
customers intellectual properties (IP) like processes and manufacturing data thus avoiding exposure to
each other. I was brought on board to revive this process-oriented troubled project.
Accomplished the project in additional ten months and $900K only, a significant achievement.
Completely turned around and brought under control this troubled initiative by balancing triple
constraints, by providing focus and direction, and by using fusion of PMP, Agile & Scrum.
Worked closely with manufacturing, process engineering, R&D engineering, customer project
management, sales, marketing, IT and the vendor development teams to define, re-engineer and
improve business processes and stream line the manufacturing systems and processes.

Juniper is a world leader in providing network securities products. I supported supply chain programs to
develop and implement new processes and improvements at all CMs, under stringent PMO & SOX
requirements, using combination of SDLC, PMP and Agile project management methodologies.
Developed and implemented projects to add and phase-out CMs.
Developed and implemented 3PL project to enable CMs to execute shipping transaction and pay
appropriate CMs while maintaining system integrity and proper back-end financial transactions.

automatically load in to the Oracle EBS system the critical product as built and serial numbers data at
