as “talent,” and the selection, development, and retention of that talent is seen as critical to the
success of the business. During this six-month-long seminar, participants will discover how they
can become more effective in their HR roles and prepare themselves for the increasingly
strategic requirements of HR. A battery of assessments and ongoing executive coaching will
enable participants to enhance their leadership contributions to the people side and business
side in their corporations.”
