PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1.1 Product Characteristic & Spesifications

Our product is a insulation materials can be used in applications PV and Solar
Thermal panels. The characteristic of our product is a porous solid insulating material,
quite flexible, and has a soft structure.. The advantages of our product are easy to
install, has good dimensional stability, have a good performance on the use in high
temperatures, and more thinner in comparison with other insulating material that
currently exists on the market.
Our products are made from Rock Mineral Wool coated with Aluminum Foil on
one sides. Functions from a layer of aluminum foil is to resist the heat radiation that
penetrates from the rooftops. Below is described related to the characteristics and
further specification of the materials of our insulation product :

Rock Mineral Wool

Rock (Stone) mineral wool is a furnace product of molten rock at a temperature of

about 1600C, through which a stream of air or steam is blown. More advanced
production techniques are based on spinning molten rock in high-speed spinning heads
somewhat like the process used to produce candy floss. The final product is a mass of
fine, intertwined fibers with a typical diameter of 2 to 6 micrometers.

Insulation panels made of Rock Mineral Wool have properties, non-combustible,

semi-rigid (bit flexible), lightweight and water repellent. Because of its ability to
withstand temperatures above 1000oC, mineral wool also has added value as a barrier
against the spread of fire in case of fire, it can save property, people or even
environmental damage.

Alumunium Foil
Aluminum foil is made of aluminum alloy in the form of a thin sheet. The thickness
of the aluminum foil ranges from 0.2 cm and contains about 92% to 99% aluminum.
There are a variety of uses such as aluminum foil for heat insulation materials,
shielding, etc. Aluminum works well as a barrier to oxygen and light.
Some of special properties of aluminum foil include: limber, flexible, easily shaped
to fit the packaging function, attracting the attention of consumers, airtight, waterproof
and impermeable to grease, clean (hygiene), non-toxic, does not affect the taste and
odor, and is wrapping objects or product. Aluminum foil is also a good conductor of
heat to electrical energy and heating equipment.

1.2 Final Product Spesifications

Our products are environmentally friendly products. In normal condition of use, our
products do not have the possibility of hazardous reactions. In normal condition of use,
our products do not have the possibility of decomposition. Binder decomposition at
temperatures above 200oC may produce CO2 and some trace gases (ammonia, nitrogen
oxides and volatile organic substance). The duration of release depends on the thickness
of the insulation, the thickness of the binder, and temperature.
Moreover, in 2001, the IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer),
reclassified Rock Mineral Wool fibers from Group 2B (possibly carcinogenic) to
Group 3 (agent which cannot be classified as for their carcinogenicity to humans). (See

The main target of our products is Indonesia, therefore our products follow
regulation and industry standards (SNI) of the National Accreditation Board. Our
products follow Regulation of The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Number
03/2017, about Operating Instructions Physical Special Allocation of Funds Assignment
of Small Scale Energy, SNI: IEC 61727:2016 about Photovoltaic (PV) systems
Characteristics of the utility interface and SNI: IEC 62124:2016 about Photovoltaic
(PV) Stand Alone Systems - Design Verification. In addition to the accreditation from
BAN, our products are also plans to have accreditation from the BBA (British Board of
Agreement Certificate) and Bureau Veritas for the development, production and
marketing of our products in the future.
