SPONSORSHIP CONTRACT between websites,

Between the undersigned:

Instant Gaming, company managing the domains

and, https://www.twitch.tv/kyrapt ______________________________________________

The Twitch channel represented by Kyra ________________________________________
in its capacity of responsible of the channel.

Preamble:

Instant-Gaming agrees to credit the affiliation made without any gain limit. This credit can be
used on our two wesites, http://www.instant-gaming.com and https://www.press-start.com/ .
Over 50 of credit (aggregated or not) payment via PayPal is possible upon request (transaction
fees are paid by the Streamer).

The streamer agrees to meet the following conditions:
Conditions agreed by the streamer:
1. Continuously display an Instant Gaming logo on your stream.
2. Display on the first line of your description the clickable Instant Gaming logo.
3. Display our logo on the "Offline" page.
4. Put a bot to send time to time messages on the chat, with your affiliate link.
5. 2 post per month on Facebook and/or Twitter
6. Do not host, any Stream which has the branding of a competitor inside.

The logo must appear fixed during the whole streaming and cannot be resized nor hid behind

the reading bar in rebroadcasts (past broadcasts). In order to verify easily the presence of the
logo in the streamings for the payment, the streamings should be located in past broadcasts.

The clickable official partner image should be used with the affiliated link, in order to count the
number of sales through your link and can consequently remunerate you! (see remuneration
below). Complete the picture with some kind of personal description that explains your activity.

The logo in the offline page is the same that the one that has to appear on the stream. It also
cannot be resized nor hid behind any kind of element.

The chatbot (automatic message inside the chat) should appear in all the streams, every 15
minutes maximum. It should include your Instant Gaming affiliate link or a game page link, which
will allow you to earn 5% /sale (Message example: Buy your Steam, Uplay, Origin keys up to
70% discount! ; CS:GO with XX% discount).

The posts on your social media profiles:

IG will tell you the content of the Facebook and Twitter posts twice a month. These posts can be
contests or a picture with a simple sentence and your affiliate link. The posts should be posted
this way and can not be deleted:

1 post on Facebook + 1 post on Twitter per month. The dates will be given by IG. If one of the
social media profiles is not available or too small the two posts can be posted on the same social
media profile. The Facebook posts shouldnt be preceded by another one 24h before.

The channels with less than 1000 views/month cant agree to this contract.

The Streamer reserves the right to withdraw from the link without justification http://www.instant-
gaming.com, http://www.xbox-live.com or http://www.playstation-plus-now.com if this latter
presents:

- All forms of discrimination

- Images or texts with a sexual connotation
- Inappropriate or offensive content
- Final closure of the website

This withdrawal will not give the Streamer any type of refund, remuneration or compensation of
Instant Gaming if the advertised above reasons are not respected.

Instant Gaming may also cancel the contract if any of the following elements is present on the
channel:

- All forms of discrimination

- Images or texts with a sexual connotation
- Inappropriate or offensive content
- Final closure of the website.
- Statistics too low compared to the payed amount

No refund or compensation may be required for Instant Gaming if these conditions were not to
be met by its directors, but the breach of contract would be effective by sending an email to the
wrongdoer.

Exclusive right

The Streamer undertakes to not publish advertisements of other partners selling or giving points
or CD PC keys (Steam, Origin, etc. etc.) on its website with other announcers than
http://www.xbox-live.com, http://www.instant-gaming.com or http://www.playstation-plus-
now.com, during the duration of the 12-month contract, on all of the online platformes he or she
may have.

Payments

The partnership starts when the contract is returned to us signed and when the first video is
streamed with all the conditions noted below. The same applies for all future videos. The
Streamer agrees to respect the minimum amount of 3 STREAMS PER WEEK, and it will
receive the following remuneration during a 12 month period:

Affiliation

Regarding this calculation of affiliation, please go to the affiliation section after you log on to the
website: www.instant-gaming.com/en/affiliate.

Instant Gaming agrees to pay the first remuneration at the end of the actual month,
corresponding to the current month, proportionally to the present date, since the moment the
contract has been read and approved by both parts. The mensual payments will be made the 1st
day of every month, but may be made during the first week in case it is a weekend or holiday.

Major force

The responsibility of the two parties may be sought in the event of breach of this agreement due

to external events, which would be independent of their will, in cases such as natural disasters.

Confidentiality clause

The two parties undertake not to disclose information of this agreement, or information which
they could access directly or indirectly and has not been previously publicly disclosed.

Duration and stop of the contract

This contract comes into effect by a commitment for a period of 12 months (12 months) from the
date of the publication of the first video. If the Streamer wishes to prematurely stop the contract,
the Streamer will have to keep the terms of the contract during a period of 2 months (two
months) without receiving any payment in exchange.

Applicable law

This lease is subject to French law. The Streamer and Instant Gaming recognize that this
image link rental agreement is subject to the legislation of French law. In case of dispute of any
nature or dispute concerning the formation or performance of the agreement, a court will be only
competent provided that the complainant is in his quality of Controller. This jurisdiction applies
also in the case of interim measures or call for warranty.

The Streamer and Instant Gaming report having taken knowledge of the general rental
conditions above.
