FANTA CAKE VANILLA CUPCAKES (SERVES 16)

3 Cups Plain Flour Ingredients:


1/2 cup Sugar 1 cups flour
1 cup Groundnut oil/ Vegetable oil cup sugar
1 cup Fanta 2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Baking powder tsp salt
2 tsp Vanilla sugar or extract cup milk
3-4 eggs cup oil

in a bowl and mix well but not too much. Pour
into greased pan and bake for 30-40minutes Method:

INGREDIENTS INGREDIENTS

VANILLA ICE-CREAM RECIPE FOR ICE CREAM
Fanta ice-cream
250ml thick cream Ingredients:
250ml cream - Fanta (canned or bottle)
1tin (397g ) condensed milk - Powdered milk
2egg whites - Flavor ( any one)
5ml vanilla essence
Method
Whip the thick cream until very stiff then add - pour the powdered milk in a bowl
the thinner cream and continue beating - add the fanta drink and stir quickly to avoid
Slowly add in the tin of condensed milk beating lumps
all the time - if its watery add more milk and stir till a little
Beat the 2 eggs whites until they form peaks thick
and carefully fold into the mixture with vanilla - add flavour and freeze till it solidifys

Place in freezer until well frozen

Method
HOMEMADE ICE CREAM - add all powdered ingredients and mix
1. 250 ml Clover fresh cream - add liquid milk and stir to a thick paste
2. Condensed milk (390g tin used ) - solidify in the freezer

4. Vanilla Essence Banana Ice cream
5. Red food color - banana
Method - Liquid milk
1.Using electric mixer whisk the egg white till
fluffy, then add the condensed milk mix well,, Method
finally add the fresh cream and mix together. - peel and blend with the liquid milk
2. Add the vanilla essence and the food color - solidify in frezzer and serve cold ... Enjoy
and mix well.
3. Lastly pour in a plastic container and deep LAYS
freeze.
4. Serve with your desired toppings. *Peel potatoes & slice them

Dry the potatoes & roast until golden brown
