2.0 DEFINITION OF CRITICAL MILESTONE DATES

CONTRACTOR shall complete all required activities for the milestones, including
the following:

ENGINEERING AND PROCUREMENT:

2.1 Project Commencement Date

Effective date of Contract.

2.2 Submission of Tank Package Work Schedule

CONTRACTOR shall submit the Tank Package Work schedule after

incorporating SAUDI ARAMCOs final review comments.

2.3 Submission of Project Execution Plan (PEP)

CONTRACTOR shall submit the Project Execution Plan per Section 5.3 of
Schedule B after incorporating SAUDI ARAMCOs final review
comments.

2.4 Submission of Project Subcontracting Plan

CONTRACTOR shall submit a Project Subcontracting Plan after

incorporating SAUDI ARAMCOs final review comments.

2.5 Verification of Design Package

Period at which, CONTRACTOR verifies and evaluates the complete

Design package previously to the Site Preparation Works Commencement
Date.

2.6 Submission of 30% Design Review

Any other engineering documents and drawings deemed

necessary to illustrate the degree of completion and accuracy
commensurate with the progress at 30% are complete are subject
to SAUDI ARAMCO approval (Ref. SAEP-303)

2.7 Award Tank Plates and any long lead material

The POs for Plates and any long lead materials (with a lead time of more
than eight (8) months) shall be placed with the Vendors by the Milestone
Date.

2.8 Submission of 60% Detail Design Package

Submit technical studies, technical data sheets, master equipment list and
first takeoff of materials issued. Any other engineering documents and
drawings deemed necessary to illustrate the degree of completion and
accuracy commensurate with the progress at 60% are complete, and
obtain SAUDI ARAMCO acceptance. (Ref. SAEP-303)

2.9 Cathodic Protection POs

CONTRACTOR has placed all Purchase Orders (PO) for all the Cathodic
Protection for the entire tank package.

2.10 Issue all IFC Tank Foundation Drawings

CONTRACTOR shall have completed and submitted all Tank Foundation

drawings to SAUDI ARAMCO for review and approval.

2.11 Complete P.O. Placement for All Other Materials

CONTRACTOR has placed all Purchase Orders (PO) for all bulk materials
and equipment required to execute all tank construction works.

2.12 Submission of 90% Design and Detailed Engineering

Submit mechanical equipment data sheets; constructability study reports;

piping isometrics, any documents and drawings deemed necessary by
SAUDI ARAMCO to illustrate the degree of completion and accuracy
commensurate with the progress, to confirm that 100% of the design
contractors WORK is complete, but pending SAUDI ARAMCO comments
to complete the WORK and approved by SAUDI ARAMCO. (Ref. SAEP-
303)

2.13 Issue all Remaining IFC Drawings and Documents

CONTRACTOR shall have completed and issued the Tank Package Work
drawings which include but not limited to plot plans, sectional and
elevation details, soil improvement drawings, mechanical drawings and
data sheets, civil and structural drawings, electrical and instrumentation
drawings, Cathodic protection drawings, and any other drawings or
documents deemed required for the design package by SAUDI ARAMCO.

CONSTRUCTION:

2.14 Site Mobilization Complete

Temporary Site offices for CONTRACTOR have been mobilized and ready
to be used, and the CONTRACTOR has mobilized all required equipment
and personnel resources to start construction work associated with
relevant approvals as per SAUDI ARAMCO requirements.

2.15 Soil Improvement Commencement

Mobilization of appropriate resources and personnel to the site has been

completed to start the Soil Improvement works.

2.16 Complete Soil Improvement Works

CONTRACTOR shall have completed all applicable soil improvement

techniques, earthwork, excavation, grading and compaction, load bearing
capacity, settlements, levelling, drainage, flood control, soil stabilization,
erosion control, and any other necessary activity to complete the Soil
improvement works. Geotechnical Study report will be provided by SAUDI
ARAMCO.

2.17 Start Foundations Works

CONTRACTOR shall have completed the soil improvement works and

submitted the IFC foundation drawings and start foundation works for
three Diesal Oil (DO) , three Dual Purpose Kerosene (DPK), one DO/DPK
and one Slop tank or as directed by SAUDI ARAMCO.

2.18 Complete 50% Tank Foundations Works

CONTRACTOR shall have completed 50% Tanks Foundation Works for

three DO, three DPK, one DO/DPK and one Slop tank or as directed by
SAUDI ARAMCO.

2.19 Complete 100% Tank Foundation Works

CONTRACTOR shall have completed the construction of all Foundations

and have them accepted by SAUDI ARAMCO.

2.20 Start Tank Erection Works

CONTRACTOR start all structural works for three DO, three DPK, one
DO/DPK and one Slop tank or as directed by SAUDI ARAMCO, that
includes fabrication, lifting, alignment, guide trestles, welding works and
any other necessary tasks /activity to be carried out with utmost care with
good workmanship and in accordance with SAUDI ARAMCO
specifications.

2.21 Complete 50% Tank Erection Works

CONTRACTOR shall have completed all structural works for 50% storage
tanks corresponding to three DO, three DPK, one DO/DPK and one Slop
tank or as directed by SAUDI ARAMCO, that includes fabrication, lifting,
alignment, guide trestles, welding works and any other necessary tasks
/activity to be carried out with utmost care with good workmanship and in
accordance with SAUDI ARAMCO specifications.

2.22 Complete 100% Tank Erection Works

CONTRACTOR shall have completed all structural works for 100%

storage tanks as described in Paragraph 5.3.8 of Schedule B, that
includes fabrication, lifting, alignment, guide trestles, welding works and
any other necessary tasks /activity to be carried out with utmost care with
good workmanship and in accordance with SAUDI ARAMCO
specifications.

2.23 Start Tank Hydrotest

CONTRACTOR starts the Hydrotest for three DO, three DPK, one
DO/DPK and one Slop tank or as directed by SAUDI ARAMCO.

2.24 Complete 50% Tank Hydrotest

CONTRACTOR shall have conducted and completed hydrostatic test on

50% new storage tanks (three DO, three DPK, one DO/DPK and one Slop

tank) or as directed by SAUDI ARAMCO as described in Paragraph 5.3.8

of Schedule B,

2.25 Complete 100% Tank Hydrotest

CONTRACTOR shall have conducted and completed 100% hydrostatic

test on all new storage tanks as described in Paragraph 5.3.8 of Schedule
B, and following SAUDI ARAMCO requirements. Hydrotest shall include,
but not limited to: filling tanks, surveying, leak checks, and draining
checks, test documentation, procedures, in compliance with testing and
discharge regulations.

2.26 Complete Pre-Commissioning and Handover

CONTRACTOR shall have completed all storage tanks construction works

and Hydro testing activities and pre-commissioned as per SAUDI
ARAMCO requirements and handed-over to SAUDI ARAMCO once
completed all pre-commissioning testing activities. Cathodic protection
system is part of the Pre-commissioning work scope.

2.27 Final Mechanical Completion (Schedule Completion date) and

Demobilization

Project completion shall be achieved for the FACILTIES. CONTRACTOR

has demobilized and removed all temporary offices facilities and restored
the utilized area to its original conditions.

Note: The CONTRACTOR shall submit its plan for selection of tank for each tank
batch. However, SAUDI ARAMCO reserves the right to select / prioritize
any tank or batch of tanks based on operational requirements and
CONTRACTOR shall adjust its plan accordingly without any impact to
schedule and cost. CONTRACTOR will ensure that tanks are sufficiently
protected between completion of each batch till final commissioning /
handover date
