On April 16, 2015, personnel of Bontoc MPS conducted visitation and

dialogue with Mr. Barcy Mimbala and Ms. Crezel Mimbala of Bontoc
Muslim Islamic Association (BMIA) Inc. Personnel solicited their

cooperation to report lawless elements in anticipation of the influx of people relative to
the celebration of Lang-ay Festival 2015.

On April 30, 2015, SPO4 Joseph Peckley of Bontoc MPS

engaged and distributed flyers on Crime Prevention and Personal Safety
Tips to the members of the Bontoc Muslim Islamic Association (BMIA)
Inc., to prevent being victimized by lawless elements.
