Alignment Chart: A logical sequence of objectives geared towards improving the skills

Portfolio Project: Details the entire project scope with deliverables such as
Performance/Gap Analysis, Project Charter, Instructional Design Document, Facilitator
Guide and Training Materials, and Participant Guide. This was completed with a team
operating as a fictitious company.
Epic Training
Completed Epic Certification for Inpatient Orders (CPOE) 2016.
Credentialed in Inpatient and Ambulatory Physician.
Trained and credentialed 4 trainers on Epic applications.
Trained over 7000 doctors, 80 techs and therapists, and 300 nurses.
Created small trainings in 40 hours.
Edited current training material in 160 hours.
Credentialed in Clin Doc and Inpatient Physician
Trained 200 credentialed trainers on the Clin Doc Nurse Epic application

WORK EXPERIENCE
LCMC Health System 6/12 present
Epic Certified Instructional Designer/Credentialed Trainer Principal Trainer for Epics
Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) for the LCMC hospital system.
Lead Trainer and Instructional Designer for an enterprise level software system for
clinicians.
Created class material (tip sheets, Quick Start Guides, exercise books, and practicums),
course content, and course objectives.
Completed Role (Training/Gap) Analysis at 4 hospitals and developed course content
(current and ongoing through 2018).
Provided at-the-elbow support for all Epic end users.
Acted as learning management system Administrator for scheduling classes, enrolling
end users, and assigning eLearnings for Epic courses.
Trained over 2500 Epic end users including:
o Over 1200 new incoming Resident physicians from LSU and Tulane over 4
years.
Over 100 non-physician clinical end users (Therapists, Techs)
Trained over 300 Epic Classes for physicians and techs (over 600 classroom
hours).
Trained over 300 Epic classes for physicians and techs (over 600 completed classroom
hours).
