LCMC Health System 6/12 present
Epic Certified Instructional Designer/Credentialed Trainer Principal Trainer for Epics
Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) for the LCMC hospital system.
Lead Trainer and Instructional Designer for an enterprise level software system for
clinicians.
Created class material (tip sheets, Quick Start Guides, exercise books, and practicums),
course content, and course objectives.
Completed Role (Training/Gap) Analysis at 4 hospitals and developed course content
(current and ongoing through 2018).
Provided at-the-elbow support for all Epic end users.
