Dear Sir/Madam;

The District of Vitali will be holding its DIA DE VITALI on February 25, 2017 and it will be a
week-long celebration, series of activities are lined up which will start on February 16, 2017 up
to February 25, 2017 and one of the highlights is the Torch Parade.

As an opening salvo of the said affair, a Torch Parade will be held on February 16, 2017 at 6:30
in the evening. The assembly place for the Eastern Part is Mialim Gulud which will be headed
by the two Barangay Kagawad, Hon. Reynaldo B. Lope and Hon. Wilfrido B. Pajarito and for the
Eastern Part is the Iglesia Ni Cristo and it will be spearheaded by Hon. Marvin S. Ramillano and
Hon. Margarito A. Gonzales.

In apropos thereto, the Barangay Council of Vitali is inviting, the different Barangay within the
District, National and Local Agencies, Business Sectors, different Sitios and Puroks, Pedicab
Drivers Association to be part of this festive activity. Please bring with you, your own torch and
the gas will be provided by the Barangay Council of Vitali.

Attach herewith is the order of the Parade for your perusal and information.
