Your written report shall include

1. Cover page
See us useful hints bellow.

2. Summary/abstract
The abstract should introduce you research question and give a brief summary of the key
findings and recommendations (2 -3 paragraphs maximum).

3. Introduction
Background information on the problem area and its importance;
Briefly describe the research question;
Rationale: why you choose this topic? Your motivation?
State your report structure.

4. Literature review
The literature review is a summary of the pertinent existing research on the topic under
investigation.
Use the library resources to find at least 3 articles (max 5) related to your research topic,
summarize their finding and build on it to clarify your research question.
You can submit these articles to my approval if you are not sure of their relevance.
Articles must be from scientific, peer-reviewed journals.

5. Research question and hypotheses

Based in your literature review, clearly state and justify your research question and
develop your hypotheses (hint: hypotheses are developed to answerer the research
question). Try to limit the number of hypotheses (3-4) as you have to answerer them
through the data collection.

6. Research design
Chose a design in order to test your hypotheses and justify your choice. What type of
design will be used? What type of data could best answers to the research question? Can
the data obtained elsewhere or does it need to be collected especially for your study?
Describe in details your design: how the data will be collected, who are the respondents,
the size of your sample, method of sampling, the best ways to reach your respondents.
Important: all groups must collect data through survey. However you have to choose the
appropriate type of survey for your project.
Describe your questionnaire: you must only ask about information necessary to your
research problem.
Discuss the reliability and validity of your research.
7. Data analysis/ Results
Describe the findings from your survey and write a brief interpretation of each result.
You may use graph to present your results (the most important one).
8. Conclusion
Include an answer to research question according to your findings.
Discuss the relevance of your results in references to your research problem and the
managerial implications.
Indicate what did you learned from this project, the limitation of your research.
9. References
Cite the references you used.
