Assessment What is being assessed and how?
(formative/ Formative visual assessment of students practical skills
summative) Formative visual assessment of students presentation and
filling choices
Evaluation Students have now completed the practical component of their
for TAFE SA Sandwich unit. Next week they will do a theory test to
students. close out the unit.
Where to Next week in their prac lessons, they will be doing the trial run of
next? their Australias Biggest Morning Tea summative.
Evaluation While the students looked confused at the beginning of the
of your lesson, once they got cooking it seemed to make more sense to
planning them.
Although there is a lot of information for the students to take in
at the beginning of the lesson, there isnt really any other way to
do it considering they all work at such varied paces.
