Dear Members CDF

First off I would like to offer my well over due apology for not welcoming you to "The
Force" and thanking you so much as we appreciate your support as the power of "The
Force" is many things but none more than the numbers of membership

Drawing membership has proven to be a most onerous and formidable challenge ... rather
surprising on one hand ... then not so surprising on the other.

We are founded on "The Spirit of the Law" that is "The Spirit of the Golden Rule" that is
the epitome of simplicity and sanity that has forever blown in the wind within the reach of
quadriplegics easily seen by the blind well understood by us all at 5 prior to our first day
of school

It is within those words derived of sane "unbiased" moral thought and reason that by the
same means we can with the progressive nature of thought and reason we can rapidly
advance on the resolve to the persistent struggle of humankind

You will note that I placed strong emphasis on the word "unbiased" a most significant
and essential ingredient to the resolve yet an improbability of the reality that is, however it
is the reality that attests to its absence and the proof of our inherent bias as we are born
randomly to earth of innocent and empty mind to various regions and countries that all
contain environments ranging from extreme poverty to extreme wealth with the
extremities far worse in many countries than others and I am of the opinion Canada is far
distance from the extreme with the absurd realities here giving us some insight as to the
insanity of the world.

We of the Charter Democracy Force, although humongously disadvantaged against the

government organized crime that is financed by the taxpayer unknowingly by the taxpayer
of the Lower Tier, do have a humongous advantage simply because we know and
understand the root of the problem and how it is being nourished that allows it to flourish.

Their success is dependent on the people of the Lower Tier not knowing their modus
operandi of deception, prevarication, manipulation and orchestration of the minds of the
people and their illegitimate laws structured to protect them while ransacking the people
creating poverty, hopelessness and despair that is the foundation that surrounds the
impoverished locked in the cellars of the black hole abyss of the ASSHOLES.

To many the only way to escape it is through alcohol and drugs that provides the drug
dealers a humongous opportunity to get rich and plenty of people seeing the value of
getting involved becoming drug dealers themselves from rags to riches over night.

I am sure we who provide for ourselves know the long arduous trail to riches doing it the
legal way and in fact the futility of it as we just seem to get our head above water and cost
of living and taxes go up we work harder and put a few more hours in and our taxes
increase dramitically with no time to understand why as we struggle to keep our heads
above water so we can see the alligators to fight them off because the government refuse
to drain the swamp they created due the obvious bias of the personnel and the
extraordinary power and opportunity to tend to their own interests.

The fact is they are a Personal Interest Group (PIG) no different than any of us for we are
all (PIG)

It a natural phenomonon due the cessities of life we all need to sustain life and every
individual must take on that responsibility are simply die.

The path of least resistance is most oft the one taken and we have a wellfare system
financed by the taxpayer and many choose that avaenue to provide for themselves and
they tend to be most familiar with each other and pass information amongst them as to the
ins and out of the system.

The government personnel are also most familiar with the system knowing all the ins and
outs as does the legal system personnel and the only persons completely ignorant are the
Middle Class taxpayers being attentive to competent responsible irreproachable fortitude
and conviction to their chosen careers a necessary prerequisite to be responsible for
themselves.

It is these people that carry most of the burden of society and they are the ones who are
simply ......... ,screwd and tatooed ... they are the majority
The (PIG) syndrome is here too ... of course ...they know they are being screwed in
everywhich way possible ... but they are not starving ... and due to credit can have many
things now instrad of waiting until they are dead.

If we were to look at scociety as it should and would be consistent with "The Spirit of the
Law" that is "The Spirit of the Golden Rule" that is the epitome of simplicity and sanity
there would simply be no such thing as poverty ... the woes that beget the woes that beget
the woes and on like that ... all detrimental to society that the Middle Class... the moral
majority picks up the tab while forever struggling to be able to do it lest they fall into the
realm of poverty.

They are forever attempting to go up the down escalator that is controlled by the nefarious
bent propagates of the Law Society of Upper Canada that in 1797 along with the Attorney
General proclaimed themselves a monopoly to provide "Learned and Honourable" persons
to administer and enforce the laws of Upper Canada, now Ontario

The above link is to a complied document of correspondence with the Law Society of
Upper Canada where they clearly admit...stated or implied that their members are not
required to give a damn about every individuals guaranteed Charter rights of equal
protection and benefits, as the state their members only obligation is to vigorously advance
the interests of their clients
They go on to state and demonstrate in their dealings with my complaint against their
member that evidence is irrelevant as they found their member innocent

Why did it take 2 months in their original review of the evidence if they are not interested
in evidence?
I suppose they had to make certain it was against one of their members before they could
decide to ignore it

Ontario Attorney General Chris Bentley and prominent judges admit the Middle Class
cannot afford to access the legal system yet they are made to contribute to the Legal Aid
system that the legal system thrives, expands and flourishes in where as the poeverty is
created by them as they ransack society where the inherent amoral inclination advances to
criminal persuasion that the taxpayer of the Middle Class finances their defence when they
cannot afford to access the system themselves being absolutely absurd as the taxpayer
finances the system to eradicate amoral inclination and criminal persuasion being the only
viable means of present knowledge to protect every individual as equally guaranteed

The root of the problem is the legal system administration and enforcement and in Ontario
the Attorney General is a member of the Law Society as a bencher that appoints the Chair
and four others and selects 5 from a list provided by the Law Society who also advises all
government departments, agencies and police being why the conspiracy is so well
controlled and successful and their is no such thing as an independent agency at arms

On May 8 2009 I informed the GLIST of what was going on in Dawson Creek and the
Charter Democracy Force was going to support her and on May 11 2009 when she went to
court she was to inform the courts “The Force” had irrefutable evidence to support her and
provide a letter to her Legal Aid lawyer instructing him how she wanted her defence dealt
with.

Not confident Dolores understood the significance of the evidence and having not proven
she would cooperate I fired off an e-mail to BC Attorney General Wally Opal on May 11
2009 at about 9:18 AM who had already been informed May 8 2009 that “The Force” was
coming obviously got in touch with her Legal Aid lawyer Keith Jones who was more than
an hour late for court.
When he approached Dolores he was told not to say anything in court or he would quit and
made her sign a letter to the effect, but when sentencing was to be announced, Dolores
obviously upset began to tell the court what we told her to do and sentencing was
immediately stayed

It is obvious they want to railroad her and most assuredly they do not want the Charter
Democracy Force evidence to be submitted.

It is the responsibility of the court and all persons involved to collect and produce all
pertinent evidence to determine the truth … an improbability of habitual liars especially by
doing so they would thrust themselves upon their own swords

On May 26 2009 I registered a letter with Canada Post addressed to Prime Minister of
Canada Stephen Harper to ensure he was aware of the evidence and the obstruction of it
