Conclusion
Customer satisfaction
I believe the mentees liked the bowling activities the most. They were
able to benefit from the peer tutoring activities because this gave them
the opportunity to ask questions they might not easily get an answer to.
But most of the questions that benefited them they send through
Facebook. They were always grateful and friendly so I believe my mentees
enjoyed the activities and help I offered them.

Mentor position
I found it hard to schedule a meeting with the mentees. Because we were
a group of 5 people. Finding a time slot that everyone was okay with was
hard to do. To overcome this problem, I did all activities twice except for
the leisure activity. This way all the mentees received the same help and
they didnt have to miss a lesson and their agenda was left unaffected.

Also, knowing what the mentees were expecting from me was hard to
know. So I tried to help them as much as possible in the way I thought the
project should have been carried out. Eventually everything came
together and I believe I was able to assist my mentees so this problem
went away by itself.

Enjoyability of being a Mentor

I found it nice that I was able to assist some fellow students. I enjoyed
helping them out with their problems and sharing my knowledge. This left
me feeling very satisfied, because I was able to assist them.

Leadership Competences
I have learned how to share knowledge with people who have not as much
knowledge about a certain topic as me. As well I learned how to organize
an activity with people with completely different agendas. I believe my
mentees were very active and enthusiastic, because I never pressured
them into a situation and they knew I wanted to help them and assist
them with problems they were encountering.
