Teacher used the period to explain and demonstrated the effective test taking strategies and gave students
a sample ELA practice test. She used presentation and had question and answer session where she used
many questioning techniques. She walked around as she was asking questions to keep an eye on the
students behaviors and be in close in touch with students. She explained each tip clearly and thoroughly.
Students then given a reading part where they had to read a story and answer questions. During the lecture
students seemed highly engaged as teacher used body language and mimics and her voice level highly
effective. She used positive reinforcement to encourage students and stated behavior expectations as one
or two students were off task.

Teacher and students then started discussing the reading part and teacher asked different questions about
the story and students had to explain why they think the particular part or parts important for the story.

Teacher was highly effective in the classroom and was able to handle different students behavior.
Students participated in every activity and practiced what they learnt. It was highly effective and helpful
