More difficult than finding a legitimate governmentis a media source willing to
print the truth of the government organized crime of corruption and conspiracy
against the people of the Lower Tier world wide.

And even more difficult is to find people who desire to know the truth prior to
becoming victimized, which is actually impossible because we are being
victimized as you read.

The organized crime is operated by members of the Law Societies with the
provincial Attorney General’s playing major roles that cooperate with each other
and the federal government, embedded in the Constitution of Canada whereas we
of the Charter Democracy Force www.cdf.name and 10 affiliate sites referenced
thereon have the irrefutable evidence to support every claim we make.

The evidence has been gathered over three years and on November 8 2007 filed
with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP for refusing to
investigate the charges of government organized crime where the evidence
irrefutably proved the upper echelon of the RCMP were major players in the
conspiracy.

On September 10 2008 I received their Final Letter of Disposition dated

September 3 2008 irrefutably and most emphatically conclusive they are indeed
major players, which the success of the conspiracy could not have happened
without their cooperation and the media who aid and abet the conspirators. They
have attempted to manipulate themselves from the pressure we have put on
them.

The evidence irrefutably leads to the DOJ and we have provided it all to a
prodigious number of prominent government personnel including the PMO,
Parliament, Minister of Public Safety…you name it and we have requested a
REVIEW of the complaint by the Commission for Public Complaints against the
RCMP which they have acknowledged and informed they have requested the
pertinent evidence from the RCMP which I asked for.

However, I have no doubt they are in on the conspiracy as are all government
departments and agencies as the federal government and Ministers are advised
by the appointed Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and the
provincial government departments and agencies are advised by the appointed
Attorney General where there is no such thing as independent agencies for the
people to complain to as they are set up to protect the government conspirators
not the people.

This is all well documented….irrefutably documented but the inherent problem

with media cooperating with them is to get the truth to the people.

That of course is why I am referring the matter to you people who have an
obvious stake as well as the rest of us of the Lower Tier, the Middle Class that the
greatest burden is placed.

This two tiered system has been around since well before the days of Confucius
551 BC – 479 BC who gave us the Golden Rule “The Spirit of the Law” the
supreme law of Canada, the Constitution that recognizes the supremacy of God.

Confucius: “Do not impose on others what you would not wish for yourself”
Jesus paraphrased: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”

What has happened is the Law Societies have given us the Golden Rule and kept
the Gold for themselves where their members hold every position of authority in
the governments of which the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada
and the Ontario Attorney General are members and the Attorney General is the
administer of the Law Society Act and is not accountable to the Law Society.
Imagine that.

I have documents from the Law Society where they either state or imply their
members are not required to give a damn about the individual’s guaranteed
Charter rights nor is evidence relative when supporting a claim against one of
their members.

CanLaw a national lawyer referral service www.canlaw.com warns on their front

page that the Law Society is not to be trusted because they are there to protect
their members from the consumer not the consumer from their members.

The evidence irrefutably proves this is the ideology that runs throughout the
government, which is quite obvious when the Attorney General advises them all
and the Law Society also.

As I say I have a prodigious amount of evidence that has backed them into a
corner with no way out, but to count on my inability to get the evidence to the
people.

So far unsuccessful but I am on it night and day and will eventually prove
successful or die trying which is an all too obvious probable reality in itself.

Anyway I request you look at the http://groups.google.com/group/rcmp-final-
letter-of-disposition site which will bring you up to speed starting with the RCMP
Final Letter of Disposition and all the government personnel I have contacted
since informing them of the evidence requesting they deal with these most
serious issues, which they can not do without revealing themselves and the whole
conspiracy.

The significance of this exercise is that they have all been informed of the same
evidence published on the web sites which the RCMP investigated for 11 months
and refused to act upon the evidence that I reiterate irrefutably proves the
Government organized crime and reveals their modus operandi for all to see and
once coherent to it which is rather simple you will easily recognize it being applied
in everything that they do.

You can end the persistent struggle of humankind once and for all just by reading
the evidence to coherency and spreading the word to your members requesting
them to spread our address to everyone they know.

From there, nature will take its course and we can say goodbye to our oppressed
lives and hello to a guaranteed prosperous future.

This will of course resound around the world with the people taking the reins, or is
that reigns?

Perhaps my writings will go over your heads at first because I have experienced a
different career than you people and most certainly I would be lost in an
intelligent conversation in your industry.

I have taken on this onerous and formidable challenge due to circumstances that
chanced my way coincidental to my experience having spent a 40 year career in
legal land surveying, 10 years with the province and the last 14 years retiring in
August 2004 from the City of Toronto Legal Surveys property management and 16
years in reality in the private sector which I left my management position in 1990
for a far less responsible position with the City of Scarborough for a decent raise
and humongous benefits.

In one or two of my writings I addressed this issue and a TV station picked up on it

as I have sent this evidence country wide and about 2 AM one morning about a
year ago while I was busy taking the government down single handed this news
report came on having studied the salary difference between the government and
private sector which really did not delve into it too deeply but found in
comparable jobs the government made an average of $55,000 against $38,000
for the private sector, but on top they have humongous benefits, paid vacation,
insurance plans and the coveted pension plans which the public contribute to but
cannot afford to contribute to one for themselves, in fact that was one of the
reasons I scurried back to the government in 1990 and retired with not too bad of
a pension after 14 years.

The thing is this item was not broadcast again as I scanned the channels for the
next two days and of course the government had banned it.

All you hear on TV or the media is orchestrated to deal with the minds of the
people that are brainwashed from birth and acquiesced to willingly accept the
absurdities of government being “How it is” and they who accept “How it is” and
adapt their minds to the insanity making it somewhat difficult to present the truth
akin to talking logic with a religious fanatic.

Perhaps due to reality you will not pick up on what I intend to convey and there is
a preponderance to relate to you, because we have experienced completely
different careers where people tend to group with people of similar occupations
and of course you people are all in a similar familiarity zone, although I drive a car

Like most people and groups we get tied up in our own interests and as long as
things are going great in our field of endeavour what is happening to the
carpenters of the world is of little interest unless you can make a connection as to
whatever happens to them could very well affect you in the near future.

Like when General Motors first began having their difficulties that is their problem
but God damn it leave our jobs alone, and of course not like me, just an individual
who is attempting to address the root of all problems leading to hopeless and
despair you have a great number of members already on your side with a vested
interest and of course to rally the people to your side you use simple mathematics
such as the economy of Oshawa is about to take a drastic hit.

They have experienced even with all the support of the community what will be
will be, predetermined and simply not within the scope of compassion simply
because it is all about money with them, the legal profession and the politicians.

It would be prudent for me to mention, once again I do not state anything that I
have not irrefutably documented to be fact and reality itself attests to easily
observed when ones interest is incited and sees the advantage of absorbing the
knowledge for personal benefit.

The inherent problem with humanity is there are 7 billion people on the planet
with unique perceptions and the majority are not in the auto industry to make it
easy for you people to communicate and stand on common ground giving
significant numbers for the governments to concern themselves with and your
numbers humongously dwarf the numbers of us in the legal survey industry but,
sorry to take you down that path because it is all irrelevant to the reality as to
“How it is” and then with further thought and reason it has everything to do with
“How it is”

We are all living in our own little worlds divided into groups of common interests
who have difficulty relating to anything unless it is actually happening to them
and when it does, experience only begins at the happening with our adversaries

having a life time of experience that simply run circles around us without having a
clue of what just happened where of course our adversaries are the government
organized crime which all the people contribute to finance their entire overhead
and any goof ups they make along the way, and we the people just become use to
it and the older we get it is not even worth mentioning.

To the point, the government members of the Law Societies are charlatans
specialized in the art of deception, prevarication and manipulative persuasions
with the entire legal system at their disposal orchestrated by the Attorney General
in the provinces and the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada all
working together in harmony. We c an only wish they are working for the people
but they are One for the Money…..Two for the Show

All organized and financed by the people who are led to believe they can trust
them to take care of us and indeed they ransack us at will with nobody to stop
them because every time pressure is put on them by the people they create
agencies such as the Ombudsman and the people are satisfied the government
heard them and they are as proud as hell how all their efforts were worthwhile,
but precisely the opposite with their empire expanding and these agencies under
the advisement of the Attorney General are simply intended in the first place, to
quell the enormous pressure diffusing the situation and the organized group or
groups have dismantled by the time the Ombudsman is up and running and only
the individual victims get first hand knowledge of their ineptness as to that which
the governments publish on their web sites.

Most individual’s just concede with their hands in the air not able to get the
attention of the media because they cooperate with the governments telling the
public what wonders the Ombudsman is doing for society.

Once you begin to understand where I am coming from and them too you will see
they have documented their every move boxed themselves into a corner that is
not debateable.

Reality is the truth impervious to perception yet precisely due to perception.

For example, and I did not mean to go on and on with this introductory because I
go on and on in the web sites too much to retain the average persons interest but
anyway I am on a roll, and just hope it is in a positive path of coherency.

The “Roles and Responsibilities of the Attorney General” published on the Ontario
web site clearly states he is responsible to be the “guardian of the public interest”
and also responsible for all constitutional matters and the legitimacy of the laws
the legislature enacts, similar for the federal government and the Minister of
Justice and Attorney General of Canada.

Please bear with me just a bit longer although I know how difficult having enough
difficulty bearing with myself but when you understand this you will have a good

foundation as to their modus operandi, which they repeat over and over again
with the help of the media.

The Attorney Generals are responsible to be the “guardians of the public interest”
published in the Law Society Act and the “Roles and Responsibilities of the
Attorney General” but the evidence irrefutably proves they do not give a damn
about the individual’s guaranteed Charter rights and the Law Society adamantly
states so which is absurd and then when enough complaints come in about the
irresponsible manner the legal system is administered the PM and the Minister of
Justice enact the federal Accountability Act, 2006 to suggest to the public they
never were responsible by law to be responsible but the documents irrefutably
prove the Minister of Justice was required to be responsible but just wasn’t.

So the Accountability Act is just a façade to cover up the deliberate irresponsible

Minister of Justice costing the tax payers a humongous amount of money for the
new commissions created under the Act which I tested to be of no more use than
the Minister of Justice and the Attorney General of Ontario simply because they
never intended to be of use to the public. I reiterate over and over they have been
irrefutably documented to have structured the entire legal system to ransack
society with the entire system under the control of the Attorney General designed
to protect their members from the pubic, not the public from the members of the
legal profession.

To wrap this up when you come across the 2 part law Society of Upper Canada
document which may take up to five minutes to open each part you will see they
blatantly admit either stated or implied their members are not required to give a
damn about every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights and evidence in support
of a complaint against one of their members is irrelevant to them and their
members are obviously innocent every time. Although they do not look at the
evidence it takes them 2 months to make the predetermined
conclusion.

The bottom line is there is a gazillion special interest groups that are difficult to
get their interests unless it directly concerns them, but in this case the
government organized crime concerns us all of the Lower Tier, the Middle Class
which you will come to know and just this once we must all organize at the same
time in one common goal to expose the government organized crime in Canada
that is consistent around the world and let nature take its course.

May I suggest you distribute the RCMP Final Letter of Disposition web site link to
your members requesting feedback or even post their comments on the sites?

I am certain once you study the evidence to coherence you will know the urgency
to spread the word to eradicate this cancer upon society.
