Dear Commission

Following this preamble is a copy of a letter I sent to the United Nations General
Assembly that provides you the issues that I request you to address in the interest
of humanity.

This is just a matter of record, going through the formalities of informing you of
that which you already know. You are limited in authority set up to appear as if
you are dedicated to the eradication of inhumanities but ultimately are part of the
problem as money is directed your way rather than to resolve poverty issues that
beget crime and victims.

The evidence you will read irrefutably proves the office of the Ontario Attorney
General plays a major role in the persecution of the people of the Lower Tiers
ransacking them at will in favour of the people of the Upper Tier absolutely
adverse to legitimate mandate defined in the Constitution conducive to every
individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits.

15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal
protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without
discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or
physical disability.

You like all government departments, agencies and police are set up to deal with
the symptoms of the problems that the illegitimate unscrupulous governments
create whereas the only viable resolve is to attack at the root of the problem,
which is ultimately the authorities that created your Tribunal as just another of
their puppet agencies that do less than nothing for the intended purpose they
would have the people believe, as you simply take money that needs to be
addressed to realistic approaches as good paying jobs for everyone.

The wealthy and corporate conglomerates have achieved their success at the
expense and humongous detriment of the people due the governments
illegitimate catering to the affluent and influential scratching each other’s backs

to wealth and power with each phase providing them more leverage to ransack
the disadvantaged.

This is obviously destructive to the economic wellbeing of society where their

expectations of profit are humongously high due their illegitimate advantage,
which has spoiled them rotten.

When the Canadian government is legitimized, restructured consistent with the

Constitution conducive to every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights they will
not find the money directed to them so easy and plentiful and will lower their
sights to realistic legitimate opportunities realizing the benefits of the moral
majority having considerable more money to spend conducive to a fair legitimate
economical environment.

Such an initiative will spread throughout the world as enemies of the Capitalists
pigs will fade into the sunset along with the Capitalists pigs with a brand new day
on the horizon with affirmative action to the end of the struggle of humankind
underway.

It will no longer be necessary to waste humongous amounts of money on Armed

Forces that ultimately are on the side of the Capitalists pigs, not the people as
they would have us believe as their destructive nature is adverse to world
economics, the safety and wellbeing of the world populous and sanity itself.

The major racial problems are due to the unfair distribution of the countries
wealth with certain races badly discriminated into hopelessness and despair with
no option but to look for other unconventional means (illegitimate) to acquire the
necessities of life with something left over to make life worth living.

Many who have difficulties getting jobs direct the cause of their problems in racial
terms that if certain people stayed in the countries they were born there would be
plenty of jobs for those of us born here in Canada.

As far as we know only aboriginals have those bragging rights and I suggest they
who would persist to that ideology consider what happened to them.

Of course this is not the answer to the problem and only exasperates it for the
governments world wide are just as corrupt if not worse than the Canadian
government that in fact causes the people to seek a better quality of life
elsewhere, a natural and common sense thing to do.

Common sense is not a term associated with governments who have sense in
common that went to separate schools together with their personnel in a common
quest for wealth and power that often finds them in conflict with each other, but
always in conflict with the world
populous, who they incite against each other being a major contributory to racial
conflict.

receipt and would appreciate you acknowledging it now along with receipt of this

The Pen is Mightier than the Sword

The holder of The Pen can make a few strokes and its bombs away on Sir Galahad
and much more important, possibly you, not me, heaven knows I am on my own,
actually you too when you are me and you will eventually get around to it.

We know these things and so much more, stuff we pick up along the way since
birth, once innocent of empty mind randomly placed to countries and
environments within ranging from desolation and outrageous wealth that is
especially accepted as fair by the Upper Class, the Middle Class devoid of thought
and reason and outrageously unfair by the Lower Class, when they have time for
thought.

Class in this context is segregated by financial holdings and yet Class is not to be
misconstrued to place value on ones worth for every individual is of equal value in
all matters before and under the law in democracies enforced by “The Rule of
Law”

I know…I know…It is all just pretend like with religion, Jesus, God and stuff like
that.

Reality attests to the Truth where archaeologists can determine truths from
ancient times where there are no witnesses to attest otherwise and historians can
determine truths from research of words and hence the Golden Rule attributed to
Confucius
“Do not impose on others what you would not have done to yourself”
Biblical scholars the same and hence the Golden Rule attributed to Jesus who
attributed them to God
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”

Confucius was a philosopher not linked to any association with God that I am
aware of as I presume the Golden Rule came from his own mind being born to

poverty 551 BC and rose to dine with kings and left the Upper Class with moral
thoughts and reason to ponder as he warned:

“There were no dates in this history, but scrawled this way and that
across every page were the words BENEVOLENCE, RIGHTEOUSNESS and
MORALITY…finally I began to make out what was written between the
lines; the whole volume was filled with a single phrase: EAT PEOPLE”

Biblical scholars record the authorities of the days of Jesus, political and spiritual
did not take a liking to the Golden Rule, the summary of the aspirations attributed
to God so they nailed him to a cross.
Now I wasn’t there and it is just hearsay as far as I am concerned but I have heard
it mentioned time again and I have come to accept it as true as I have the Golden
Rule for even if not true that these words were ever said by Confucius, Jesus or
are the aspirations of God, what is not to be believed when they are particularly
conducive to peace and harmony among all humankind when abided by all
humankind.

There can be no doubt fundamental to humankind where to know one self is to

know all others as to what pleases and does not as we require the same
necessities of life influenced climatically, food, air, water and shelter.

It is well accepted that Confucius was a man of wisdom and Jesus too, both aware
of the necessity of everyone abiding by the Golden Rule if peace is ever to take
place among all humankind.
As I turned a few pages venturing into the past I read somewhere the first Bible
was not published until approximately 265 AD without any witnesses to attest to
its integrity and when you consider all the different religions, which sprouted from
the scriptures we see there is much room for interpretation and even the Qur’an
the holy book of Islam. For Muslims it is the very word of Allah, the absolute God
of Islamic faith that was revealed to Prophet Muhammad.

I read that Muhammad was an army general who went off into the mountains to
spend three months in a cave who experienced communications with God but it
was not until 3 years later he went public with them.

There are stories upon stories that are relevant to the truth, whether they be lies,
deceit and prevarication or myths as scholars attest and who is to know for
certain where ones sincerity lay, was there a purpose in mind to adapt
interpretations to?

How the hell should I know? I swear I was not there for God’s sake.

From my brief excursion into books purporting to be the truth as near as they can
presume there are too many inconsistencies for me to opine to any semblance of
certainty other than to state there is no certainty as to what happened then when
I can not find certainty as to what happens today.

I can state with certainty the media is not the source to consult in such matters as
they relate the story as the government want the people to believe.

Reality attests that when one wants to sell something they talk it up, and buyers
beware.

There have been all kinds of Gods conjured up in human minds and human
sacrifices for God Sake but not the God I am familiar with, although never met.

I do not have the time or desire to prove what may be the truth, would I find one
person just a dumb ass researcher, another of ulterior motive, one who believes
they understand the people, and their ignorance, their inattentiveness and what
arouses their curiosity.

Their fears and how to control them without whips and swords, having them
believe God who we are purportedly created in the image of sees and knows
everything we do, every 7 billion of us with unique perceptions influenced by our
parents or guardians, religious customs and rituals particular to ones
environment, education relative to authority propaganda and experience adept to
cultures and habits, some mandatory I understand or are minds just weak and
need turbans or skull caps to keep their religion from escaping their minds.

Obviously they are intended as harnesses to keep them loyal to the religious and
political aspirations where truth is discerned as to its relevancy to the religious
beliefs of the propaganda instilled.

It bonds a loyalty receptive to the authority’s aspirations where they have pride
incited with an allegiance to a flag, a holy ghost, common headgear or whatever
does the trick.

Given that there are 7 billion people of unique perceptions and every authority
would like these perceptions keen to theirs so they can be voluntarily ransacked
to provide for them and their affluent and influential friends of the Upper Classes
where they all vie for their fair share of the loot where all is fair in love for money
in business and war.
They all proclaim to be there for the people who must be in tune with their beliefs
or simply are not their people and must be the enemy, terrorists or capitalist pigs.

I am leery when words are put to books with the intention to make money or sell a
perception, akin to newsreels of world wars.
Movies sometimes attempt to present a story based on true life but where does
the truth come from, a person who wants to promote themselves, or someone
else who wants to promote their heroic efforts to a moral and respectful cause
when we cannot be certain of anything unless we apply ourselves to the onerous
and formidable challenge to discern the truth that much effort has been made to
conceal.

He knows the game, that’s for sure and if he didn’t play it their way he wouldn’t
have the privileges extended him.

Like the chief editors of the newspapers who can be counted on to tell the story
exactly the way the government wants its played or else no soup for them.
(Reference to the Seinfeld soup Nazi came to mind)

Reality is the truth impervious to perception yet precisely due

to perception

Truth of all realities is precisely as would be seen by God whether or not He exists
or whether or not one believes He exists, or Allah or any other figment of ones
imagination one decides to persistently dwell on to as near a point of realism as
one can possibly perceive without actually ever touching or saying hello, and how
was your day, mine was pure hell.

I do not imagine I would entertain such thoughts if any one of these 7 billion
perceptions of the Spirit appeared to me and straightened me out on a few things.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush and who even says there are two in the
bush, and if the bird is a sparrow I would take my chances of getting one
partridge in a pear tree where a pear would be more filling and where there is
one…

The mind can go where ever it wants when putting words to probabilities and
possibilities and nobody better than a charlatan who sells a bill of goods that the
truth will not be known until you die.

An ingenious scam with mystery and the weak of mind feared to take the chance
and them of the Catholic faith who perhaps opt for it because they can have their
cake and eat it too.

It allows one to relax their conscience being particularly beneficial to the Italian
Mafia and I suppose penance is set rather high for them as the Catholic Church
makes out like bandits and do not seem to have concern for the people who flock
to them to hear their mystical stories.

Mother Theresa was a true believer in the aspirations attributed to God attested
to by her life’s work but does that mean she is indicative of the Spirit of God or
the Church?

I never saw her in fancy gowns sipping on fine wines, of course I never went
looking for the truth and what I know of her came to me via the news.

It is my understanding she has been exalted somewhere in the spiritual world but
no matter what I have come to believe I know about her is fine with me and she is

worthy of any esteem this humble person can muster when my thoughts venture
into the pathetic absurdities she had fortitude and conviction to aspire to.

Confucius aspired to such cause in his own way as did Moses, John the Baptist and
Jesus although I do not recall Jesus supping with Royalty and Confucius left it to
spread the truth he had come to know.

That is how I understand it, and though we all have faults I care to remember
them both as I have come to know having never met either one and the other
fellows who aspired to the ways of God whether or not He exists or ever did.

I must say that the poor guy must be bonkers if He does watch humans defying
Him, and all that I presume is sane.

One would have to ask if perhaps we of the Lower Tier have misunderstood with
the wealthy presumed to be more intelligent, even the ones that had the sense to
buy a winning Lotto ticket.

I had the sense for a long time until it became senseless to me and the casino was
a bad trip, even though I was warned many times.

All in the learning experience and yet I have never had the urge to jump off a cliff,
maybe circumstances will change in days ahead.

Where does this stuff come from you may ask as did I, and what can I say,
observations of realities over 66 years passed.

These things happen as we read about it without the whole true story but
invariably there is always a hard luck story attached. Right?

How about those Kamikazes and suicide bombers?

What were they thinking, it doesn’t really matter, crazy for sure, bought into
some charlatans spin and answered the charlatan’s prayers.

Nearest I can perceive without knowing the truth, I know enough that there is
nothing I can do about what has happened, however the truth would be most
useful to venture initiatives to stop it.

Of course I mean the ideology that drives one to such absurdity.

Perhaps if I knew the truth behind ones extreme initiatives that are documented
as heroic on one side and insane terrorists actions from another.

Often I have heard the term Capitalists pigs which I can relate to but not to their
extent but what if they have suffered at the hands of these Capitalists pigs, say
their quality of life has been severely compromised or perhaps they are aware of
their nefarious bent as I have come to know and irrefutably documented their

reality as have the media who attempt to put an innocent slant on the situations
which never the less irrefutably provide the truth of their major role in
cooperation with the government organized crime that prevails in Canada and any
where there are people vying for power and wealth.
When I was around eight years old about 1950 we had the second TV on the
entire street where I learned Indians were the bad guys, Germans and the Italians,
Japanese and later on came to understand the North Koreans weren’t so good
neither, the same with Iraqis but eventually truths come out to suggest otherwise,
where I have faith in what I have heard about the Nazis, apparently Lyndon
Johnson played dirty pool instigating the Korean war and of course the Bush story
has been all over the news but then I only catch a little here, a little there and I
have seen the justice administered to O.J. Simpson away back in matters of his
wife’s death and although it appears the law finally caught up with him on that
armed robbery thing I wonder if the outcome would have been the same if not for
the fact the public was needing justice on the first and out and out chaos would
have occurred if he escaped again, whether or not he was truly guilty of the
latest.

I know I should not be commenting on something I know so little about, but every
election day a preponderance of people head out to vote for their poison as they
did here but with not as many voters as they would have liked on any side where
it is quite possible that different results would have been recorded if a greater
number did turn out, but what is the sense of it when they are all the same, some
just better charlatans than the other.

Now that I think of it if the weaker charlatan was easily recognized by the public
they could vote that person in and then take him out when circumstance lends
itself and perhaps do it with scandalous assertions that would prove the entire
government is organized crime personified of corruption and conspiracy against
the people of the Lower Tier.

Oh well, highly improbable with the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of
Canada appointed by the successful party candidate, the Prime Minister of course
who is theoretically responsible to advise all government Cabinet Ministers who
are also appointed by the PM, all government departments and agencies.

Of course every effort must be made to keep the Prime Minister out of any
scandal because that would have serious ramifications on the world stage. Right?

Of course all governments have a serious affect on the lives of the moral majority
of the world populace and must continue at all costs necessary for the success of
the scam of the nefarious bent.

It is impossible for a person like me to perceive the details of something not

experienced and even more impossible for people of the Lower Tier, moral
majority whose minds are befuddled with trusts, religious beliefs, and realities
they have come to accept as “How It is” and must be as absurd as it is because
they simply do not have the wherewithal or the insight to organize simply

because they are the epitome of ignorance on the subject, with the majority
believing with the humongous number of government personnel in the legal
system financed by the taxpayer to administer and enforce the laws legitimately
with the media keeping an eye on them they most certainly must be legitimate.

Of course that is not the truth as we all know for fact, me and my friends and
many others on other lists that do not appear on the AAAALIST published on the
original Charter Democracy Force web site accessed through the new Charter
Democracy Force site www.cdf.name.

It seems to me if you people at the United Nations General Assembly were adept
to sane moral thought and reason aspiring to sane moral thought and reason for
equivalent purpose you would recognize the purportedly democratic governments
are Capitalists pigs contrary to the well being of the people of the Lower Tiers,
persecuting and driving them into poverty, hopelessness and despair, serious
crimes against humanity that appear to go unnoticed.

"Whereas Canada is founded on principles that recognize the supremacy of

God and the rule of Law"

It seems all they have to do to fool everyone is write words like that in the
Constitution Charter and the government is humane, fair and equal as in
democratic and to secure the belief they guarantee it but I have documented
them in real life issues having provided prominent members of all levels of
governments a prodigious amount of evidence irrefutably proving they do not
give a damn about the Constitution or the individual’s of the Lower Tiers, Middle
Class Charter rights who just happen to be the moral majority who cannot even
afford to access the court system that they are guaranteed in s.24.(1)

24. (1) Anyone whose rights or freedoms, as guaranteed by this Charter, have been infringed or
denied may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain such remedy as the court
considers appropriate and just in the circumstances.

The law is very clear with published references to words they use which they do
not appear to comprehend being caught up in the money frenzy and the
humongous advantage wealth and power has over the people using every
advantage and opportunity to advance their interests absolutely indifferent to the
rights of the people of the Lower Tier, in particular the Middle Class

Principles: main beliefs, values, philosophy, ideology, morality, ethics, doctrine,

principle

Supremacy: pre-eminence, ascendancy, primacy, superiority, domination,

incomparability, dominance

Democracy: Social equality, equality, egalitarianism.....Egalitarianism: Parity,
fairness, equal opportunity, impartiality

Justice: Fairness, impartiality, righteousness, even-handedness, fair dealing,

honesty, integrity

The democratic governments have a clear responsibility to assure the Capitalists

pigs do not use their humongous advantages against any Canadian individual but
it is by their cooperating with the affluent and influential scratching each others
backs to power and wealth indifferent to the people of the Lower Tiers that the
rich continue to get richer and the poor continue to get poorer

The Canadian Government is organized crime personified of corruption and

conspiracy directly responsible for poverty and other inhumanities where the 2
part Law Society of Upper Canada document is compelling proof of the
unscrupulous attitude of the entire illegitimate legal system operated by their
members.

Not only, do they state or imply their members are not required to give a damn
about every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights but evidence against their
members is irrelevant.

This attitude is documented throughout the entire federal and provincial

governments where Canada is a democracy in name only, with Charter rights that
are guaranteed by document but are deliberately unsupported to allow their
unscrupulous business to flourish and their members to thrive to luxurious
lifestyle at the expense of the victims they refuse to protect to the delight of the
criminal element and to the humongous detriment of the taxpayer and every
individual who is ransacked by their nefarious ways.

Taxes are away overly inflated due these unscrupulous people, embedded into
consumer products and insurance companies are ravaged by these people in
cooperation with them who simply pass the costs onto the consumers.

The utility companies and all the big corporations with unscrupulous members of
the Law Societies on staff advising them as to their chances to get away with
improprieties as they simply do not have “The Spirit of the Law” within them.

It is this attitude that goes on in all the countries left unchecked that is the root of
poverty, starvation and inhumanities world wide as all the purported to be
governments, internationals like you people simply go through mundane routines
attempting to address the symptoms by following illegitimate laws designed by
the nefarious bent strictly to profit off the symptoms they create and protect them
while so doing.

You can not follow illegitimate laws designed and created by the members of the
legal profession to protect them from being deliberately negligent of their
responsibilities to the people as the people believe they are financed, and
accomplish your purported goals.

So, I respectfully request you deal with the issues pertinent to the Canadian
governments published on the Charter Democracy Force web site www.cdf.name
and affiliate sites referenced there on in a sane manner conducive to the safety
and will being of every Canadian individual as guaranteed that will ultimately
resound around the world.

These are very serious crimes and must be dealt with publicly being the only
viable way to accomplish your legitimate purpose that the people are led to
believe.

If we are ever to have the elusive world peace that is guaranteed by adopting the
Golden Rule world wide with a competent responsible and irreproachable plan to
guarantee every individual will be equally protected and benefited you will then
be on the course to finally end the struggle of humankind world wide.

Canada must be your immediate focus with all the advantages consistent to our
Constitution that recognizes the supremacy of God and thus the Golden Rule, the
summary of the aspirations attributed to Him whether or not He exists or whether
or not one believes He exists.

It matters not what people choose to believe but they must be able to believe in
the law.

Please acknowledge receipt with the promise you will thoroughly study the
evidence persistent to CONSISTENCY with the Constitution conducive to every
individual’s guaranteed Charter rights administering due punishment attentive to
deterrence prerequisite to the support of the guarantee.

and the office of the Ontario Attorney General.

Some of you people have not been reading my e-mails and I request you all to
inform every person you contact that these issues apply.

I shall forward you all a list with these people’s names in the near future.
