River side municipal lots are highly underutilized.

Lack of signage may be the cause of underutilization, lots are not

well marked roadside for approaching drivers.

Depot Square lot had a majority of city stickers. Lot primarily

utilized by town residents as business parking for employees.

River Walk Lot:
Post signage along road side for approaching drivers.
Proposed signs may include post signs or banner on light posts.
