Terms and Conditions

Price validity : Till 31st March 2017

Payment terms : 75% in advance with Purchase Order
25% immediately on installation

Delivery Period : 3-4 weeks from the date of Purchase order and Advance payment
Warranty 1 year from the date of installation and commissioning.

The quotation does not include the cost for Computer Hardware and Accessories. They
are to be locally procured by the Institute (as per the list below).

Cubicles for housing of the computers, Installation, Networking of computers and

Projector set-up to be done by the Institute.
The materials and labour required for all civil works (viz., cubicles, tables for mounting
the Computers, Electrical supply and wiring, wire conduits, etc) to be provided by the
Institute.
