Sub:- Corrigendum letter w.r.t RTI application of Sh Ravi Bhateja sent via. Regd. a/d no.
RD731891712IN dt.23/3/17 .

Respected Sir/ Madam,

Kindly refer to the aforesaid mentioned subject and in this regard the
following rectifications may kindly be made to the topographical errors in the said RTI
application before any reply is sent to the applicant/info seeker.

The said rectifications to be made are the following :-

1. In the very first page no. 1 of RTI application, first para line no.15 , the date should be
corrected as 14.11.2015 instead of 14/01/16 .

2. In page no. 2 of RTI application , at point no. 6 , the words ASI+ACP BE SUBSTITUTED
BY ASI (HEMKARAN)+ ACP.

3. The copy of the order sheet as mentioned in point no. 6 is enclosed herewith this letter.

4. In point no. 7 , the line be read as ATR mentioned in point no. 4 be substituted with
ATR mentioned in point no. 6 .

5. The copy of the order no. 254 dt. 04/04/2016 by PGC is enclosed herewith this letter.

That the applicant 's RTI application is requested to be rectified at the earliest in tandem
with this letter and all the corrections and associated documents be construed to be
applied to the original before any reply is sent to him .
Rest all the contents remains the same .
