PLAN DE MUESTREO / ALCANCE DEL SERVICIO

1. OBJECT

The purpose of this inspection is to determine the general terms and conditions of maintenance of the Rig
Equipment for Well Services in order to minimize lost time and ensure safe operation of the equipment.

2. SCOPE

A. Technical and Documental Review of the equipment:

Current Inspection supports of equipments and elements that conform the Rig, according to the API, such as:

- Inspection reports and certifications API RP 4G Cat III and IV.

- Inspection reports and current certificate 8B API Cat III and IV, the following equipment: Crown block,
traveling block, drilling hook, top drive, dead line anchor, rotary swivel, links, elevators, equalizer block
(if applicable).
- Inspection reports and API-7L Cat III and IV, Current certificate of the following equipment: rotary table,
master bushing, bushings, tongs, rotary hose, vibrator hoses, power tongs, iron roughneck (if applicable).
- Certificate of drilling line.
- Reports of UT-Gauging pressure vessels and lines of high-pressure mud.
- ASME certifications existing winch, shackles, swivels, turnbuckles, slings, pipe loader, chain hoist
(ladies).
- CVR's certificates of inspection, exhaust system and climb monkey board aid system.
- Certificates of evidence of well control equipment: BOP, Accumulator, Choke manifold, Poor Boy

Existing equipment and components supports that conform the drill maintenance. (winch bearings Tolerances
and pumps) .
Current supports of instrumentation system, manometers, high pressure mud, well control system, drillers
calibration console.
Verification of Capacity by Lines.Capacity Calculation.
Verification of winches capacity, power calculations in Hook.
Check status of mud pumps and comparisons with pumps calculations, preload calculation and volume of the
damper of the pumps, pump capacity calculations, power required and pumping condition, calculation and
establishing of pump efficiencies and pump relation.
Review and Calculation of BOP Systems , Accumulators , Annular BOP .
Review and Choke Manifold Systems Criteria .
Review of Separation Systems - Degasser (Poor Boy - Separators)
Burner Systems Relief System.

B. Technical and Documental Review of the control variables:

Acoustic Measurement of the Motors area, Generators and Pumps by noise meter (Determination of hearing
protection areas)
Measurement of Lighting by Lux meter.
Leveling Measuring of the Sub Structure or Basic Unit Truck Hoist by inclinometer and rudder angle
indicator.
Tilt Measuring of the tower by rudder angle indicator. and Diode Laser.
Pressure Measurement of Pressure Equipment Calibration by Calibrated Quartz Comparator.
Supports of grounding measurement verification by Specialized Megger in 5 and 10 M.

C. Field Technical Review, through Visual Inspection:

D. The inspection also:

Inspection Report to 07 business days after completion of the inspection.

In Site Recommendations of findings, this way the client can make corrections in the moment and its
evaluation for the inspection made according to the corrective.
Digital Photo Documentation as Annex inspection report.

Note: If audit type inspection is required, we need the contract or company regulations regarding audit, with
at least 05 days prior to the audit inspection carried out.

3. DEVELOPMENT.

? The concept of the work involves a Pedagogical Technical Inspection character, in which educational
techniques during the inspection will be used, explanation to the staff to be prepared in some deviations
founds and be prepared for future inspections, operational recommendations will facilitate that allow to use
the equipment properly, within their design ranges, without involving the responsibility for operating or
administrative matter.

? The certification that is done is of functional nature , which does not involve structural certifications
of equipment, ie , by the time of these inspections the client must present structural certifications made to
lifting equipment , dynamometer (Martin Decker, non-destructive testing of the tower, hydrostatic testing of
the circulation system , etc. . ) which are taken in the evaluation of this inspection.

? The customer will have maintenance personnel, mechanics and implementation to testing and crew personnel to
perform the work required.

4. LOCATION

CPO-5 BLOCK IN META DEPARMENT.

5. WORK DURATION

The works will be made in 3 days with no more than 10 hours daily. For each Drilling.

Total available to the operator and administrative personnel is required, customer interruptions or down time
caused by reasons beyond SGS will be accounted within 12 hours daily.

The client will provide the documents in advance, detailed in the checklist attached to this document named
Documents Checklist in Advance for Rig Inspection

6. REPORTS

SGS Colombia will issue a brief report before leaving the working site, accepting or rejecting the Rig
Status. Then a Detailed Report will be issued within 7 days after the completion of the inspection.

7. SGS COLOMBIA SUPPLY

To execute this work SGS Colombia will provide the following resources:
7.1 Human Resources:

o Specialist Inspector.

7.2 Technical Resource:

Personal Protection Items needed for the development of activities.

Additional equipment required for preparation of the work.

8. CLIENT SUPPLY
