About LoLa 42 : The concept of LoLa 42 was derived from LoLa 41, our sister restaurant on Nantucket
Island. LoLa stands for longitude / latitude and the number represents the parallel that each restaurant
resides on. All aspects of our restaurants have been inuenced from the countries and regions that these
parallels cross through, from our decor and atmosphere, to our culinary delights and bar libations.
Next time you are seated at either the sushi bar or cocktail bar, be sure to glance down and you will
notice embedded coins from many of the countries along the 42nd parallel - welcome to LoLa 42!
