Reduction of Societies

I. PAPER 1
//focuses on NECESSARY info on natural disasters and films
PAPER 1 OBJECTIVES:
Define natural disasters
Describe them ganern
Famous examples from history
Define films
Describe famous examples (yung gagamitin ko throughout the
paper)

humans dealing with disasters!!
A.
B. Causes

2. Processes/Stages undergone to result in disaster

devastating effects

B. Effect on how likely they will happen
C. Effect on how they are perceived to look and feel like
D. Effect on how they are prepared for
E. Effect on how to cope with actual disaster happening
F. Effect on how to handle them after

*Problems:

- scope: should I focus on just one kind of natural disaster or natural disasters in
general? cause focusing on just one would limit references kaso if I deal with all of
them, baka masyadong diverse since may tig-iisang ways of causes and disaster
preparedness ang bawat kind

- effects also SOBRANG DAMI and are there enough sources to answer all of that?

- effect on humans: what aspect of humans? I mean given na ibabanggit ko yung

death toll and effect on population pero what about individual lives? Mental health,
physical health, psychological health? Do I tackle them all or do I focus on just one?
Tho given na Im dealing with risk perception and reduction, more on mental/psych
siguro?
