Newman Fellowship End of Award Report Form

Rationale:

As you know from the Award Conditions, all Newman Fellows are required to
submit a report at the end of their period of funding. The End of Grant Report
Form is an opportunity for you to share details of the achievements and
implications of the research that the Newman Fellowship Programme has
supported. The information contained in the report is of great value as it allows
us to assess and review the impact of this funding and the Newman Fellowship
Programme as a whole.
