Climbing Wall
Tomorrow we have a climbing wall
in school (weather permitting). All
children will have the opportunity
to have a go during session time.
The climbing wall may be available
for children to try after school.
If this is the case, there will be a
charge of 1 per child, payable at
the climbing wall.

Art Exhibition
On Thursday 25th May we are
holding an exhibition of the
childrens art work. Every childs
picture will be professionally
framed and displayed in our
school hall. The children will be
looking round the exhibition in
the afternoon and parents are
invited to attend after school.
You will have the opportunity to
purchase your childs framed
work of art
Reception - Thank you Year 3

Miss Bird would like to say thank you to all Mrs Garner would like to remind parents that Thursday
the parents who supported the recent visit to 29th June is Y3 Egyptian Day. Children in Year 3 are
Brockholes. A great time was had by all the invited to come in costume. Please see letter sent out
children. today.

Year 4 Y1 and Y2 Road Safety Training

Year 4 will be holding a Roman Day on Tuesday This will take place on 15th, 22nd, 29th June and 6th July
23rd May. Please can children come dressed in from 1.00pm to 3.00pm. Please let Miss Rigby or Miss
Roman costume on the day. Sanders know if you are able to help.

School shoes Sports

A reminder that boots are not allowed in Years 3 and 4 Basketball Sessions on Fridays during school
school. Children should wear black shoes hours. Please ensure your child has their PE kit in school
or white sandals in the summer. extra clothing may be brought in for the sessions.

Remember that your childs welfare is important to us. If you have any concerns please contact your childs
class teacher, our Learning Mentor Mrs Wright or Mrs Gregory. We are usually available at some point
during every day but if its something that needs a proper discussion, please avoid the start of the day if
possible, as we are busy sorting the children out at this time.
