Calibrate Oxygen (O2 ) Detector

O2 detector calibration must be performed in a safe area that is free of
hazardous gas in an atmosphere of 20.9% oxygen.
When is oxygen detector calibration required?
Every 30 days; or
When the LCD displays CAL and the detector life-remaining value.
A calibration may also be performed if the O2 detector has not been
used recently or is in a false alarm state.
Perform O2 Detector Calibration
1. Move to a normal atmosphere (20.9% O2) that is free of
hazardousgas.
2. Press and hold C for 3 seconds. If self-test has not been
completed in the previous 22 hours, the detector performs self-test.
