designedtobemountedonthehousingofthehammer.

Thehydraulicsupplylineforthepumpisconnectedtotheinletsideofthehammer.Thehydraulicreturnlinefor
thepumpisconnectedtotheoutletsideofthehammer.Thelubricantsupplylineisconnectedtoport(G)onthe
valvehousingofthehammer.

Thesupplylineandthereturnlineforthelubricantpumpmustbeconnectedtothehammer'shydraulicsystem
viaabypassline.

Whentheauxiliarycircuitforthehammerisactivated,hydraulicoilissuppliedtohydraulicmotor(10).The
hydraulicoilisreturnedtothesystemthroughtheoutletportofthepump.

Thespeedofthehydraulicmotoriscontrolledbythrottle(9).Hydraulicmotor(10)rotateseccentricshaft(7).
Eccentricshaft(7)rotatesinordertoforcepumpingelement(4)tomovelubricantfromcartridge(1)tothe
outletportonthepump.Therotationoftheeccentricshaftcanbeverifiedbylookingthroughthesightglassthat
islocatedonthefrontofthepump.

Thelubricantpumpisequippedwithpressurereliefvalve(5).Thevalveopensiftheoutletportisblockedorthe
linetothehammerispinched.Thereliefvalveopensat280bar(4060psi).Lubricantwillexitthepumpatthe
outletforpressurereliefvalve(6).

Cartridge(1)holdsthelubricantforthepump.Theleveloflubricantisindicatedbyaredpistoninsidethe
cartridge.Whenthepistonisvisibleininspectionwindow(2),thecartridgemustbereplaced.

Lubricantwillexitthepumpthroughthelateralreliefhole(8)whenpumpingelement(4)needstobereplaced.
