 NAME AND DESCRIPTION OF THE
VENTURE

The Sinclairs grocery shop is a small time business own and managed
by the entrepreneur Miss Dorati Sinclair. It begun on august 20, 2005
with a stock value of $20,000. As the years pass it grew steadily in to a
well grounded organization of stock value of $700,000 a year. It was
first founded by Jennifer Richards her sister as a means of employment.
Now it has two worker jevon Richards and Kevin levene.
