very effective in workplace as well as a can crate differences in the changing market

place. Personal and professional development is very much essential for this. This
development can ensure utmost productivity from the employees, their loyalty and
their enthusiasm in the workplace. An organisation can offer different training and
development program on the basis of learning styles of employees of particular
segments of organisation. This specialized development program always helps to
apply practical knowledge in the field and maintain standards of work and corporate
value for the organisation. That is why the professional and personal development is
essential for employees in order to increase growth of organisation. Bothe

The author of this assignment found different weakness of himself. He found that
these weaknesses are back dropping his professional development as it required
multi edged improvement of him. Author also found that lacks monitoring ability over
he works and his staffs. The leadership development is necessary for the author as it
boosts up careers and helps to manage the employees to follow his path with him.
Achieving this quality is big help for career development. This will increase
productivity in the workplace and reduce extra wastages of resources in the
workplace. So by far considering the weaknesses, author can achieve these skill to

On the other hand, author of this assignment needs to make decision in accidental
occasions where remedies are not predefined or predetermined. To handle these
kinds of situation, author needs to increase his technical knowledge which is now
most demandable employability skills. Skill Worksop, courses and managing people
are very much essential when that failed to develop themselves. The skill workshops
provide actual insights of the subject with help of expertise available. The seminar

I wanted to increase product selling by 5%. This was long term goals. I anm
analysing and finding customers needs on the basis of daily sales. This sales
volume is increasing well.
My second aim was learning different selling method. It is tough to implement
various method in real time selling market, that is why I facing obstacle while
achieving this aim.
