In the Byzantine process used for recording real estate deeds and documents, the
disconnected documentation has hidden an organized enterprise for over two decades. The
omission, alteration or removal of public records is another layer that attempts to mask the
operation.
However, once the documents are found, assembled and viewed sequentially, the picture is
clear and indisputable. Not only are these documents in public record and signed by
Enterprise participants, but the documentation is notarized.
