opportunity to prepare Industrial Tour Report on Supply Chain Management.
I have enjoyed much to work on this topic. And try at my best to collect all
essential data and information in this regard. Obviously, this type of working will
make me more comprehensive. To prepare this, I have gone through direct
contact with management of BSRM, web site of BSRM, practical working &
prospectus, and annual report. I have tried my level best to include all the
relevant information to make the industrial tour report informative and
comprehensive.

 Abstract

The main purpose of the study tour report is to understand and explore the supply
chain management practices in BSRM. The required primary data are collected
through questioner, direct conversation and observation. The secondary data are
collected from journals, books and company website. The supply chain management
is very important for any business organization. It is found that BSRM effectively
applies modern approaches of supply chain management. Moreover they can improve
if they use more updated and sophisticated tools and techniques of supply chain
management.
