Test #3 On the Page Layout tab, choose themes and Solstice. #4 a. To apply title cell style, Click in the cell indicated. On the Home tab, find the Cell Style button and choose Title. b. Select Range A11:F11 by clicking in A11, holding your finger down on your mouse and dragging over to F11, then on the Home Tab, Font group, change the font to WHITE and the fill color (paint bucket right next to font color button) to Red (Accent 3, Darker 25%). Remember to hold mouse over the color to see the screen tip that tells you exactly what color it is. c. Select Range A12:B29 and apply cell style Accent 4. (Home tab, Styles group, Cell style button). d. Select Range C12:E29 and apply cell style 20% Accent 2. e. Select Range C12:F12 and apply font size 14. (Home tab, Font group). f. Select Range C13:E29. On Home tab, Number group, choose Currency from the drop down menu. g. Select Range F12:F29. On the Home tab, Styles group, choose Cell Style Accent 4. h. Select cell F12. On Home tab, font group, change font size to 14 again. i. Select Range F13:F29. On Home tab, Number group, choose Currency from the drop down menu. #5 In Cell F13 enter a formula. Sales minus Ingredients and Labor. (=C13-D13-E13) Press Enter to finalize formula. #6 To copy the formula to range F14:F27, Select cell F13. Click the Fill handle (tiny black box in bottom right corner). Keep your finger down and drag to F27. #7 Click cell B18. Right click and choose Insert. Choose entire row and click ok. In B18, type Portland 1, OR. In Cell B19, add a 2 to make it Portland 2, OR. Click cell F17 on the fill handle and drag down to cell F18. This will copy the formula from cell F17 to F18. #8 Right click anywhere in Column D. Select insert. Choose Entire column. Select cell D12 and type in Coupons. (Press enter to finalize typing.) Adjust formula by double clicking in cell G13. Then edit the formula to show =C13-D13-E13-F13. Press enter to finalize formula. Click the fill handle (bottom right corner of cell) to drag down updated formula all the way down to G28. #9 To adjust column width, double click on the small border line between the column Headings. (For ex, double click on the line between the letters D & E so that the word Coupons will fully show.) Repeat on ALL columns that are not fully showing their data. #10 To copy the July worksheet, right click on the tab at the bottom left of the workbook that reads July. Choose Move or Copy. Check the box at the bottom left that says Create a copy. Select Move to End and say okay. a. Right click on the new worksheet and choose Rename. Rename it Qtr 3. b. To change color of the tab, right click July and select Tab color. Choose the color Gold (accent 2, lighter 40%). c. Right click Qtr 3, select tab color and choose Green (accent 4, darker 25%)
