Our provincial/city/municipal government will be conducting a self-assessment of

its organizational competency using the tool entitled System on Competency
Assessment for Local Governments. Organizational Competencies, also referred
to as organizational or institutional capacity, are the work processes, structures,
systems and tools that the LGU must have to render and sustain high
performance. The tool will help identify the LGUs organizational strengths and
opportunities for improvement. The results will provide the LGU with a
framework for developing programs to address its capacity-building needs.

You have been selected as a respondent to this tool/instrument. You were

particularly chosen because of your knowledge and experience in your
respective service area. Your candid and honest opinion will provide helpful
information in developing a realistic profile of the LGUs organizational
competencies.

The instrument will be administered in a focus group discussion setting. Your
