Created and implemented a new and innovative First Year Experience Program designed to ease the transition
to high school for freshman and reduce stress and anxiety in order to improve social and emotional health
o Aspects of this program included creating a freshman transition iPad app, surveying and analyzing the
social/emotional needs of each freshman class, creating a senior leader program of 40 senior class
mentors, and directed senior leaders in conducting various activities designed to foster social, academic,
and spiritual growth for the freshman class throughout the year.

o Worked with three other coaches and technology coordinator to create and implement a blended
learning model of professional development and technology integration for the entire teaching faculty
