Solar energy allows grid-tied systems, like manufacturers, to confront the challenges
of rising electricity cost and brownouts. The business model of CleanTech Solar
Rooftops takes away the concerns on high investment cost needed in designing and
building your own solar power system through the following:

Outright purchase inclusive of one (1) year maintenance and operations.

Bank Financing inclusive of maintenance and operations within the loan period
Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)*
Business model will evolve around an equipment lease agreement
removing the burden from the customer of purchasing outright a solar
energy system just to save on utility.
CleanTech will set-up and own the solar energy system that will be placed
within the premises of the client.
It will exclusively produce and delivery electricity to the client.
Monthly lease will simply be the agreed per kwh tariff rate and
actual consumption.
The lease agreement will have a 20 year term, after which the ownership
of the system will be transferred to the client. There is however a buy-out
option during the period.
Operations and maintenance of the system will be care of CleanTech at
NO expense to the client.

We employ state-of-the-art technologies, tier 1 equipment and monitoring system, to

help ensure efficient and effective production of all our systems.
