LICENSE TERMS
One. License agreement for the use of IZENPE middleware
Under the terms of this license, IZENPE hereby grants the user the right to pers
onal, noncommercial, nonexclusive and nontransferable use of the copy of IZENPE
middleware
IZENPE middleware is software designed to allow the use of digital certificates
By downloading, installing, copying or using the IZENPE software, you are consen
ting to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this l
icense, you must not download or use the software.
A users manual and technical support are provided in conjunction with the IZENPE
license
This license supersedes any communications, or proposals or dealings, either wri
tten or verbal, preceding the software or any other material included in the pr
esent agreement.
If the conditions regarding any criteria or program associated with customer ser
vice or technical support are in conflict with the conditions of this contract,
the present contract will supersede such other terms or conditions.
Two. Limitations:
The following actions are expressly prohibited:
a- Reverse engineering, reverse compiling or disassembly of the software.
b- Distribute, rent, lend, sell, sublicense or transfer the software or doc
umentation (totally or in part) to a third party without prior authorization fro
m IZENPE S.A.
c- Use or copy the software or the documentation if not permitted under the
provisions of the present license agreement
d- Install or use the software on the Internet, and, without limitation, us
e this software for web hosting or similar services, permit any third party to b
enefit from the software via the internet.
e- Remove, alter, or obscure any warnings or property identification on the
software or documentation.
f- Change, translate, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works based o
n the software or documentation for any purpose whatsoever.
g- Use in connection with the software any apparatus, device, software, inf
ormation system, or other means designed to circumvent or remove any form of cop
y protection used by IZENPE or use software with authorization codes, serial num
bers, or other copy-protection mechanism not provided by IZENPE or authorized di
stributors.
Three. Warranty
IZENPE will publish on its website any updates in or changes made to the progra
m.
This warranty does not apply to any errors, changes, defects, etc. resulting fro
m the manipulation of the computer program, i.e., manipulation by the user of th
e program's structures, configurations, etc.
This warranty does not cover any damages resulting from faulty installations, p
roblems with your company's network, power surges, improper maintenance of compu
ter equipment and servers, or any other anomalies not directly attributed to the
user.
This software is created and offered as a product for general use and purpose, n
ot for specific or particular user purposes. The user understands that no softw
are product is free from errors and specifically acknowledges that he/she has be
en advised of the need to create a backup copy for all files. The user acknowle
dges that no computer security product can absolutely guarantee the inviolabilit
y of cryptographical functions and, in general, the security procedures put in p
lace.
Assuming the user has a valid license, IZENPE warrants that:
a) The software will perform substantially in compliance with the materials for
the period of time stipulated under current law;
b) Should IZENPE provide technical support, the service shall be performed by te
chnical personnel who shall make reasonable efforts to respond with professional
diligence to solve the problem.
IZENPE middleware files are perfectly formatted and in perfect condition for dow
nloading and reproduction. We cannot be held liable for damages to third partie
s or due to manipulations to our products once they have been downloaded from ou
r website.
Four. Liability
- IZENPE shall be answerable to the user for the correct performance of it
s functions and for the compliance of its obligations under the terms and condit
ions of the present contract.
- IZENPE shall not be liable for any damage or loss in your personal compu
ter resulting from the use of this software and documentation.

Five. Intellectual Property

IZENPE is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights arising from t
his contract.
The present contract does not represent a waiver of any industrial or intellectu
al property rights belonging to IZENPE.
The user shall abstain from using or attempting to register any industrial or in
tellectual property right that is identical or similar to those owned by IZENPE;
this obligation shall remain in effect even after the duration of the contract
period.
The user agrees to use the products or services, accompanying documentation and
material, and every copy made, exclusively for the intended purposes, respecting
all of the terms and conditions established in the present license.
The software is protected by the legislation on intellectual property.

Six. Termination
The following are grounds for termination of contract:
1- Improper use of software involving infringement of intellectual property
rights.
2- Unauthorized copying of the software or documentation.
3- Inability to provide the services in accordance with the terms of the pr
esent license.
4- Mutual agreement from both parties.
5- In general, failure to comply with the obligations set forth in this lic
ense.
Seven. Jurisdiction
Any claims arising between the parties related to the interpretation or executio
n of the present contract shall be resolved before the courts of Vitoria-Gasteiz
The contract will be governed by Spanish law.
