in the construction of the first Philippine Nuclear Power Plant.

PASSED attended by 35 top engineers of NAPOCOR and MIESCOR. Ranked NO. 1 by exams result
and the combined judgment of NAPOCOR, EBASCO Consultants International, and
WESTINGHOUSE Electric Corporation. Because of this, Engr. Columna led the top 12
engineers as Philippine scholars to study Nuclear Power Plant Engineering at the
Westinghouse Nuclear Training Center (WNTC), U.S.A.
